Believes in “Education for All”. He initiated the construction/improvement of various schools such as the Rosauro Almario Elementary School, Dr. Alejandro Albert Elementary School and Manila Science High School.

Also, distributed 137,217 tablets with sim cards to public school students from Kinder to Senior High School and provided monthly assistance amounting to Php. 1,000.00 pesos to students with “good standing” enrolled in the Manila funded colleges. Further, provided laptops to public school teachers.
