[need help ] how fix wireless adapter access point

Hello po pano po kaya i fix yung wireless ADAPTER ko po kasi may internet connection naman po ako pero wala pumapasok sa mga software ko hindi po nag run pag nag CMD po ako at Nag Ping meron naman po sya tapos maya maya mawawala nanaman po? Ano po kaya ng yari? May download ata akong virus pero hindi ko po matangal nag dl po ako ng avast hindi naman nya ma detect pano ko po ba ma aayus to yun lang po yung problema yung wireless adapter
I hope matulungan po ako
