Need help sa ating mga Eksperto na. ASAP po

Hingi lang ako 2nd opinion sa inyo na mga Eksperto. May ginagawa kasi akong laptop. Ang pinaka trouble nya is Has Power light On, Other Light Indicator On, CDRom responding, No Display (Black Screen), Fan Works atleast 8 secs then stops and randomly starts again. So Tsambahan ung pag work nya ng normal. On and Off po gagawin.

Actions Done: Check if LCD Screen has damage(Good per checking), Connected an external Monitor(No response), Detached battery, Adapter charger, Other removable device then Hold power button for 60 sec to discharge(No response), Reseat and clean RAM (No response), Replace good known RAM (No response). Replace Thermal paste on CPU (No response), Greased fan (No response).
Diagnosis: Bad RAM slot (Laptop has only 1 Slot) or Busted GPU.

So bale trinay ko ulit Reseat and clean RAM and tried turning On/Off the laptop kasi as per Client bago magkaganun na parang natuluyan. Nagkakaroon sya minsan ng Display pag ganun ginagawa nya, so parang random sya na mag-work ng maayos. Bale nachambahan ko nag-work, nagkaroon ng display tumuloy hanggang sa Desktop Home screen then ginawa ko shinutdown ko and On ulit ayaw na ulit tapos Inulit ko ung process nung sa RAM. bale nag-work na sya ulit after several tries. So di ko na sya pinatay until now kasi gusto rin nya magpalinis and magpabilis ng Laptop nya. So tinira ko pra magawa ko. mga more than 8 hrs na sya tuloy-tuloy naka-On tpos ung fan pagchinecheck ko random na may time na working tapos ayaw ulit.

So my question is ano po kaya ang exact problem? Sa part ko kasi merong several na pwedeng nagkocause ng problem. Gusto ko po sana ma-determine ung exact problem if anyone here na may alam or na-experience na to. Kung may suggestion po kayo or alam pano pinaka mareresolve to, eto po ay malaking tulong para saken.

may experience ako na halos ganyan din pero ang conclusion ko ay damaged na yung "gaming" GPU (radeon mobile) nya... dinisable ko yun sa BIOS then umasa sa intel graphics...
since soldered sa mobo yung graphics nun, there is very little we can do to fix that. oorder pa sa ebay or something to find a compatible gpu, desolder the one from the mobo, then solder the new one and hope that it works.
wala naman silang issue sa damaged RAM slots... pero there were random reboots/shutdowns... pero yung message sa BSOD nya ay consistent na tinuturo yung ATI driver... kaya ganun ang ginawa ko.
maybe end of life na yang laptop kaya ganyan... hirap din kasi pag maagang naabuso yung device. life span decrease without you knowing it kasi maganda performance eh.

Thank you for your insight sir. Hindi pa kasi ako ganun ka-expert. This is my 1st time na na-encounter ko ito, ung halos lahat na ginawa ko. So I tried everything that I know and ang ending ganun parin. Un nga po, last time I used the laptop is earlier po. Naka-up sya for more thant 8hrs. Works perfectly fine, na-Tsambahan ko ma-ON. Then I decided to turn it off and on again. Ayun na, ayaw na magkaroon ng display ulit pero pag reboot no prob naman. Once na totally shut down lang. Bale sir, pati ung pag-stop and go ng fan, isa narin po sa sign un na coming to an end na ung MOBO? Btw, light ng MOBO is on naman and ung Brand ng laptop is Neo po pala. From what I know local brand po un, correct me if I'm wrong and parang cheap build lang sya base pagkakahawaw ko ng case and assembly nya.

Btw po sir. Pag na-tsambahan ko na magwork sya ng maayos is bukod sa sinabi kong ibang light indicators na nagwowork. Ung sign na mag-on sya ng normal is ung light indicator ngHDD(ung may sign ng Drum) blinking, so that means na read ung Storage device then un may display na sya and works fine. Un po ung sign na na-tsambahan ko ng on/off sa power. I tried plugging other HDD pero same problem. May iba kaya kayo na tingin based sa additional info ko po na binigay. Tska ung fan po nya na on/off din. Is it a sign rin po ba un? Nilinis ko naman ung fan and nilagyan ng grease just to make sure na dumalas at umiikot sya.

meron ako dati nyan (eLan model)... matagal din bago bumigay... pinamana ko na sa kapatid ko... di ko na maalala kung paano nasira yun
wala naman akong issue sa neo na brand dati... kaso parang wala ng high-end/gaming model yung mga release nila noong naghahanap ako ng laptop replacement...

kung may gaming GPU sya tapos auto-switch sa intel graphics, try mo disable yung gaming gpu at autoswitch sa BIOS/UEFI... baka maging sagot yun

pero kung built-in lang na graphics from intel... iba issue nun...

meron ako dati nyan (eLan model)... matagal din bago bumigay... pinamana ko na sa kapatid ko... di ko na maalala kung paano nasira yun
wala naman akong issue sa neo na brand dati... kaso parang wala ng high-end/gaming model yung mga release nila noong naghahanap ako ng laptop replacement...

Built-in gpu nito e. So di ko magawa ung ganyan na suggestion nyo sir. Cge sir, maraming salamat sa time. Research pa ko or hanap pa ko other opinions

Bro, Not a technician. But I think hindi sya sa RAM slot or charger port. baka sa power section ng board. (just my opinion)

Kung ako sayo check mo muna ang voltage ng mga mosfet.
Naka ilang beses na din ako naka try gumawa ng ganyan.
Wag muna tirahin ang GPU.
Check ninyo ang anim na 3.30 capacitor.
May idea ka naman po siguro sa pag gamit ng multi tester boss.

Kaya mo yan. Wag muna diretso sa reheat major parts.

Maraming salamat po sa mga sumagot. For now mukhang naresolve ko na ung problem. Several times na ko nag on/off, working normally na talaga so far. What I've done is I tried again but this time thoroughly Cleaning the RAM and tried Brushing the slot tpos medyo diiniin ko pa kahit nag snap na. Seems it solved the problem. Mukhang maselan lang ung RAM slot nya. Kasi nagtry naman ako ng ilang beses ireseat and clean the RAM but not working properly parin and tried putting it on another laptop w/c nadetect naman agad ung RAM. Buti na lang naresolve haha.

Di na ko umabot sa sinuggest ni Sir BTS2014, wala na ko idea about dun sa electrical part tska kulang ako sa tools and willing naman ako magresearch and matutunan pa un. But for now, mag-settle na muna dito since mukhang totally resolved na sya. Ibabalik ko na sya sa client ko bukas.
