If yes, kailangan ko bang aminin sakanya at humingi ng sorry, or I-delete ko nalang yung recording?

Nirecord ko yung conversation namin since Matagal kaming hindi magkikita and I want to listen to her voice every time I miss her, though nagchachat kami Hindi ko magawang tawagan yung girl since mahahalata niya na may gusto ako sakanya. Hindi ko mareveal yung feelings ko ngayon since ongoing yung review ko preparing for board exam. At dahil dito, natatakot akong ligawan siya since alam ko na Pag pumayag siyang magpaligaw, mawawala yung concentration ko sa pagrereview at malaki yung chance na maibigay ko lahat yung attention ko sa girl.
But does it give me the right to record her voice without her consent and awareness? Kasi tulad ng ideas, it can be stolen and it's a bad thing. Ganun din ba sa recording without a consent?

If your sole reason is to listen to her voice tingin ko wala namang masama dun not unless ipagkalat mo yung recorded convo nyo sa iba. Pero if it bothers you that much siguro i delete mo na lang para at least wala makagulo sa isip mo at clear pa conscience mo. Goodluck sa board exam bro. Focus muna sa review.

If you want to know the real score then try mong aminin sa kanya. You'll get your answer straight from the horse's mouth. Actually, that's not a good thing to do especially without the consent of the other person. You can be sued for that. But on the lighter side she will think you're creepy and she will probably keep her distance from you.

Her moaning/cursing or anything sexual.
Convo niyo na pwedeng ikasira niya (may pinagusapan kayo na masyadong personal na sayo lang shinare tapos ipaparinig mo sa iba).

Ngayon since personal consumption yan, pang iyo lang yan at wala ka naman planonh ikalat for others to hear/know then there's no harm done, di ka naman nakaperwisyo o nakabastos ng kapwa o nung babae, I think okay lang yan.

And if ever you decide to let her know about the recording then tell her na it's done na walang malisya, apologize na lang and tell her na you just need to hear her voice kasi it makes you feel inspired/calm/whatever ganon na you feel close to her everytime naririnig mo boses niya mga ganong bola either kiligin siya or mawirduhan sayo. Well at least you came clean di ba? Kung di ka naman masyadong nababagabag eh I suggest na you do not tell her anything kasi wala lang naman yan.
