ganito na lang gawin mo.search google for the product code corresponds to your cp's latest firmware.then open phoenix>tools>image download>enter the product code na nasearch mo>download
phoenix na bahala magdl ng firmware para sayo.goodluck!

try mo muna yung tut sa 1st page.pag di gumana maybe hardware prob na yan.

ts ask lng po...nahulog kasi yong e71 ko sa sahig tapos ayon meron lines lumalabas taz turns to black yong screen. now di na sya nag.oopen vibrate with no white screen but black screen with lines. yong lcd po ok naman po sya. i tried hard reset but no effect. ano po sira nun? please help!

phoenix na lang gamitin mo pangdownload ng fw mo.open phoenix>tools>image download>enter your product code>download.phoenix na bahala magdownload ng firmware para sayo.

wala na tayo magagawa if di maayos ng phoenix cp mo.matanong ko lang yung firmware ba na gamit mong pangflash is the same sa current firmware mo or higher?pag lower kasi di pwede.
