mga master kung naupdate muna ang phone mo tru developer preview pmkukuha mo pa ba ang final 8.1..tanx in advance..

Try Soft reset, or delete mo ung history at cookies in IE mo, restart mo phone if it still doesn't work, try removing the battery without turning the phone off and if ever hindi prin i'm afraid hard reset na talaga kelangan xD
