Guys sorry busy sobra sa work kaya d masyadong nakakavisit. Just an update, nagflash ako ng CM7 last Saturday. Daming hassle. Nagpalit pa ng HBOOT partition, etc. e kasi ewan ko ba bakit nagfactory reset ung InsertCoin ko. Anyways madami pa din complications, (walang Google Apps!), isa isahin ko pa tapos I'll come up with a guide on how to flash CM7 for those interested.

Salamat ulit sa mga walang sawang tumutulong sa thread na ito.

Guys sorry busy sobra sa work kaya d masyadong nakakavisit. Just an update, nagflash ako ng CM7 last Saturday. Daming hassle. Nagpalit pa ng HBOOT partition, etc. e kasi ewan ko ba bakit nagfactory reset ung InsertCoin ko. last week I updated may ROM, from InsertCoin stable 1.0.8 to InsertCoin stable 1.0.9, based na dun sa gingerbread na ni-release ng htc for desire. i wiped everything though before flashing, just to make sure na walang maging problema.
so far so good.

yup.. keeping the thread alive.. ayos ang CM7 kaso lahat halos kailangan mo i-DL pati radio and yes pati google apps. pero ok yung CM7 wala masyado UI.

hassle nga e. Bigla na lang naghang tapos parang nagboot loop sa Quietly Brilliant na startup. Ginawa ko nirestart ko, tanggal battery. Pagboot ko lahat ng Accounts na nakasync ko (Gmails, Facebook etc) nawala lahat, in turn wala lahat ng data ko. Kaya nagdecide na lang akong magreflash.

Yep gulat nga ako ganun pala ung CM7, Buti na lang may zip update naman sila to add all Google Apps. Pero in general ang bilis nya at something new to explore. Anyways back to work, I'll come up with a step by step instructions how to fully enjoy CM7.

Oh, BTW, off topic: Steve Kondik, the man behind the CyanogenMod team that makes custom ROMs for Android smartphones, has joined Samsung Mobile as a software engineer.

Busy din?? baka pareho pa tayo ng project. Hehe! Anyways, okay na ang CM7 ko. Sa una lang siya nakakaintimidate kasi AOSP siya at sobrang bare nya. Isa pang challenging is ung paginstall ng HBOOT partition. May chance kasi mabrick ung phone. Pero may way akong nakita na super dali. Baka mapost ko na bukas kung masingit ng lunch.

mga T.S. meron ako HTC TYTN ask lang ako if ganun po ba ito kasi madali lang mag DRAIN yong battery niya kapag nag net po ako...may paraan pa ba ito na mapatagal pa ang battery niya sa pag gamit...

mga T.S. meron ako HTC TYTN ask lang ako if ganun po ba ito kasi madali lang mag DRAIN yong battery niya kapag nag net po ako...may paraan pa ba ito na mapatagal pa ang battery niya sa pag gamit...

net as in wifi o 3G? kung wifi siguro po mahina yung wifi na narereceive nyo and your HTC TyTN is pushing its power to stay connected, else check po yung ibang apps baka may problema. 5hours lang yata talk time nya so kung nag wifi kayo less 2 hours nalang..

btw po, HTC Desire section po ito hindi TyTN and android OS po Desire, TyTN is winmo.. so maaring hindi ko masagot maige tanong mo.. Hope my answer helped you

thanks for the compliment bro, btw nag switch na ko sa InsertCoin GS A2SD 1.1.0 Stable, ok din naman yung LeeDroid kaya lang talagang parang masarap subukan lahat ng custom roms eh hehe may mga similarities sila but you can tell the differences, so far ok din itong InsertCoin lalo na sa openvpn application ok na ok....

tama, based sya dun sa ni-release ng HTC na developer's GB for desire.

sense 2.1 sya na. may 3.0 na dagdag, particularly yung lockscreen saka weather.

either use the A2SD version (eto yung Stock HBoot) or CM7 version (eto naman yung Bravo CM7 r2 HBoot). mas mabilis daw yung CM7 version, pero kung class 6 yung microSD mo, halos magkasing bilis na daw kung A2SD yung gagamitin mo.

to change your Stock HBoot to CM7 r2 HBoot, follow this: http://alpharev.nl/

i'm using InsertCoin 1.1.1 A2SD version. di ko pa kasi naa update yung HBoot ko, though I'm just using class 4 microSD. tinatamad lang mag full wipe ulit

oo tama yan nga,
sa kaso ni ryanchan im not sure kung yung insertcoin na dinownload nya previously ay yung Nightly if that so malamang ganun nga ang mangyayari kasi ito yung Rom na shining pero unstable CM7 based din. sa mga nasubukan ko na roms itong IC Stable na siguro yung pinaka prefer ko kasi im using openvpn which has an optimal function

D po Nightly na InsertCoin gamit ko mga tol. InsertCoin 1.0.8 A2SD+ gamit ko. Nangyari ung Full Wipe without consent ng nagppicture kami tapos bigla pagpreview nya nagrestart na ung phone ko. Isa pa itong bug na ito na napansin ko sa InsertCoin, while using Camera, minsan / madalas magrestart ung phone ko. So when I experienced that, sabi ko okay lang magrestart lang yan. Tapos nagboot loop naman na sa Quietly Brilliant na screen, so normal pag boot loop alis ng battery. Pagkaboot, ayun na wala na lahat ng accounts ko na nakasync, wala na ung mga messages, although nandun ung mga apps, wala na mga settings nila. So in effect parang nakawipe na. Ayun nagCM7 nako.

morning mga boss.. baguhan pa lang po hehe...

Tanong ko lang po kung gumagana ba sa mga ROMs na gamit nyo un 720P na vid recording. Sa phone ko kasi hindi kaya nag e-exit sa home pag pinindot ko na yung record. Gumagana lang kung naka set sa low yung vid quality T_T May kinalaman ba sa SD card yun? class 2 lang kasi gamit ko eeeek....

@jesseuy: try to check change log and see if there are anything said about camera recording. usually they tell if it can record 720p (which I think it should be) else try to reflash your rom with a clean state.
