Okay lang po bang wala kang tulog tapos maliligo ka ?

Okay lang po TS na maligo kahit wala po kayong tulog provided na hindi po kayo pagod.

Pag gumagalaw po tayo or may ginagawa ang ating mga cells ay kumakain ng "glucose" (isang uri ng asukal) na nagsisilbing fuel or battery nila in order for them to properly function. Pag pagod po tayo, ang nangyayari po ay naubos na po yung stored energy ng mga cells sa katawan natin kaya bumabagal yung galaw natin. Ang katawan natin ay may isang security feature na tinatawag na "Homeostatic Response" na ang ibig sabihin ay kapag may imbalance sa katawan natin automatic na gumagawa ng paraan ang katawan natin para maging balance ulit yung kabuuan ng katawan natin or yung healthy state. Pag pagod po tayo dahil sa homeostatic response ng katawan natin, nakakaramdam tayo ng pamimigat ng katawan, paghikab at pagkaantok.

Pag natutulog na po tayo, lahat ng mga physiological processes sa katawan natin ay bumabagal gaya ng paghinga, heart rate, blood circulation etc. Ang kagandahan po ng pagtulog ay binibigyan niya ang mga cells sa katawan natin ng sapat na oras na makapagpahinga at kumain ulit ng glucose na magsisilbing energy ng katawan natin kaya pagkagising po natin ay feeling refresh po yung pakiramdam natin.

Ilang oras po yung wastong pagtulog ng isang tao? Kung ibabase natin sa mga textbooks, mostly sinasabi nila 6 to 8 hours. But may mga doctors po na nagsasabing nakadepende po yung oras sa pagtulog sa kondisyon ng katawan ng isang tao. May mga taong natutulog lang ng 3 to 4 hours a day, may mga tao namang mostly ay hindi natutulog pag gabi pero occasionally takes a short sleep or nap in the day. Ginagawa po natin ang pagtulog para marefresh po ang physiological function ng katawan natin. It doesn't really matter kung hindi mo sinusunod yung tamang oras ng pagtulog as long as you feel that your body is not fatigued or pagod.

Anu po ang ginagawa ng paliligo sa katawan natin? Yung pinakaobvious na ginagawa ng paliligo sa katawan natin ay pagiging malinis. Kung maliligo ka naman ng cold water, yung cold water ay "ginigising" yung mga neuron cells sa utak natin which in return makes us feel more awake. Pag warm water naman ang gagamitin sa paliligo, ang ginagawa naman sa mga blood vessels sa katawan natin ay "vasodilation" or pinapalawak nila yung daanan ng dugo sa mga ugat sa katawan natin and in return feeling more relaxed yung katawan natin.

In short, pwede po kayong maligo kahit wala po kayong tulog as long as hindi po kayo nakakaramdam ng pagod. :)
 
e ung tipong nakaramdam kna ng hapo kakacomputer tapos sabay ligo? pero di puyat. nkakapasma daw un sabi ng matatanda

The utmost potential danger one could encounter from taking a bath without any sleep is that they may end up falling asleep in the tub. Other than that, taking a bath is something that is deemed to be relaxing and beneficial to the human body.

What are the chances?

The odds of somebody drowning whilst inadvertently falling asleep in the bath tub are incredibly slim. However - most people will have experienced the sensation of skin going wrinkly if it has been submerged in the water for a prolonged period of time.

Some people may argue that the grogginess and fatigue felt from not having sleep could make a person less alert and as a result more careless. In an environment like the bathroom, this could be dangerous because the surfaces are often slippy, and underestimating water temperatures could result in burning/scalding of skin

Myths dispelled

There appears to be a rumor that taking a bath without any sleep could be potentially damaging to the eyes. Generally, this does not appear to be the case. As we are not an authorized medical establishment, any concerns regarding the legitimacy of these rumors should be taken up with a professional doctor.

Other than that, taking a bath is a fantastic way to let the human body relax and unwind. The hot water is particularly soothing for the muscles and will often help people feel sleepy and ready for bed. In combination with some bath salts or scented candles, the bath tub could be a great way to help someone who may be struggling to sleep get themselves in a calm and relaxed state.

Base a aking karanasan,noong nagaaral ako nagboboard ako solo kwarto at mdalas wala ako tulog dahil sa rush recquirements sa school at mdalas din wala ako tulog simula nung nsanay ako sa puyatan then pagsapit ng 6am matik na pagligo ko hindi naman ako nkakaramdam ng sakit or paghina ng katawan. inubo lng ako (well siguro dahil lagng basa ang likod ko) pero so far ok naman wag mo lang pabayaan ang pagkain kasi doon manghihina ang katawan at papayat. yun lang
