Mga ka-symbianize, papatulong ako kung paano gawin ang fasting? Paano gawin? Gusto ko pa naman magpapayat at mapaliit ang tiyan. Hindi naman ako mataba pero tiyan ko malaki at gustong-gusto ko talaga na mapaliit ang tiyan. Matagal na akong naiinis sa tiyan ko dahil malaki.

Sana matulungan niyo ako. Salamat sa pagsagot ng post ko.
 
kung gusto mo magpaliit ng tyan... hindi fasting ang solution.. dapat less carbo (like rice, bread) or kung pwede kumain ka lang ng fruits, veges, fish and meat pero dapat tamang amount ng ng food ang kakainin mo.. hindi yung lamon.. at kung pwede pag gabi kunti nalang kainin mo.. stop eating junk food and avoid softdrinks din.. drink a lot of water.. enough sleep at if possible exercise.. daily 30mins or 3 times a week.... in two weeks makikita mo na ang result..

d mo kelngan ng fasting. mwwlan ka lng ng lakas jan at papayat ka msaydo maniwala ka sakin dahil n try ko n dati yan ppyat k nga pero pangit ng pgkpyat mo. much better cardio lage. joggingg or legs workout+ diet + sleep 8hrs everyday
 
well you can do intermittent fasting, just google it for the guides! syempre sabayan mo ng full body workout. Don't worry bro subok ko na yang Intermittent fasting and effective talaga sya sakin

simple lang "jogging at sit-ups". pero pinakaimportante "diet is everything"
 
Kung you're doing it para mag lose ng weight, wag ka mag fasting, hindi naman pwedeng regular yung fasting eh, may time limit period lang, madaming guides sa Google, search nalang, pero wag gawing permanent yung fasting, kukulangan ka ng nutrients.
 
Tanggalin or bawasan mo sugar intake, wag mag softdrinks, alak, mga powdered juice, ice cream, etc. As much as possible minimal intake lng sa refined carbs like rice, pasta and white bread. Palitan mo sila ng either kamote, saging or wheat bread pero wag mashadong marami, kelangan mo tlga magbawas ng carbs pag magpapaliit ng tyan. As much as possible wag kna dn mag rice or carbs bago matulog. High protein diet and of course exercise will definitely help kung d ka nag gygym kahit 30minute walk sa labas or jogging will do.
