pa help nmn po.may binigay sakin na blackberry torch 9810 yung tropa ko ang problem nya is "Data connection refused to the wireless network and your BB cannot connect a data session to the WAP gateway" although nka plan for data usage nmn ung sim ko and same problem rin pag nagcconnect ako sa wifi. pahelp nmn po please

Ask lang po sana kung may magagawa pa sa BB Z10 na nakalock sa reset? Yun po kasing dating owner na dating asawa nung may ari ngayon eh medyo parang ewan, ayaw niya tulungan ex niya na marecover yung phone. Ang ginawa pa, dinelete yung associated bb account sa email na ginamit dati. Ngayon kahit magcreate ng new account dun sa device, ayaw tanggapin nung phone. Meron po bang kagaya sa mga android phones na full firmware update or something like that? thanks po in advance.

Boss, yung Q5 ko po nabagsak then hindi na nagpproceed hanggang sa black berry lang sya then hindi na ffull charge battery laging charging mode lang.
I tried uaing factory reset using pc (BDM) it didn't work. Please help. Stuck na sya sa charging mode.

check type of your charging port then you can find charger of your phone in cellphone shops kung hindi natatanggal ang battery ng blackberry mo sir the only way is to buy a new charger
