modded/modified ba yang PS2 mo? kailangan mo kasi ng homebrew software na USBAdvance o USB Extreme para makapaglaro gamit USB. tip ko sa'yo, gawa ka muna ng modified na memory card, i.e., Free McBoot memory card. ang problema, kailangan modified PS2 para ka makagawa niyan.

iinstall mo yung freemcboot sa ps2 memory card, need mo din ng modded ps2 para mainstall siya, eto yung link ng site ng freemcboot

to play iso games directly sa usb, mas maganda gamitin ngayon yung Open PS2 Loader, since mas mataas compatibility rate nyan kesa sa USB Advance

***NOTE*** --> ang pinaka-BASIC REQUIREMENT para makagawa ka ng isang FMCBoot memory card ay isang MODDED/MODIFIED PS2 UNIT. all the other requirements are mentioned in the video tutorial. good luck!

boss, may isa-sangguni sana ako sa inyo. sana matulungan niyo ako about sa problem ko with OPL...

nalalaro ko yung Suikoden III sa USB stick gamit OPL pero bakit po everytime i try to load a saved game, naglo-load siya (nag-a-appear yung "loading" pero after a few seconds, wala na, nagha-hang na siya).

tsaka po di ba yung OPL v0.8 e supported na ang ISO? yung Suikoden III e 4GB+ kasi siya so ibig po sabihin i can't take advantage of that feature? kasi di ko mailagay yung iso file itself sa usb stick dahil sa restriction/limit ng FAT32?

sana po maliwanagan niyo ako sa mga tanong ko. thanks po in advance.

morethan 4GB na ba yun? hhehehe, lam ko less 4Gb lang suikoden III (naburn ko kasi sa single layer dvd yan eh), anyways supported na dapat yan, pero mas maganda kung iconvert mo yung iso mo to USB extreme format since minsan hindi binabasa ng OPL yung game (bug din ata yun hindi nababasa yung ISO file), anyways kung di nagana sa 0.8, try mo sa lower version ng OPL, yung 0.7

anyways invest ka na lang ng harddrive na may external power cord tapos ipartition mo yung hard drive for ps2 iso siguro mga 8gb or 32GB, tapos naka fat32 siya, since need talaga ng malaki laking space para sa games (pag morethan 64Gb hindi na ata pwede FAT32 dun ata?)

actually, may burned copy din po ako sa isang single layer DVD-R at talagang magkakasya yun kasi 4.38GB ang storage capacity o "free space" nung disc, which is more than 4GB po.

wala po akong problema sa pag-run o pag-load nung game. at opo, yung game na nasa USB stick ko ay formatted na po to USBExtreme format.

ang pinakatanong ko po at problema ay sa pag-LOAD ng SAVED GAME/S. bakit po ganun? everytime i load the saved game, lalabas naman po yung "LOADING" pero pagkatapos ng ilang segundo e titigil na po magload at stuck na (hang)...

i don't think it's a bad rip or copy since i am able to load the game normally and nalalaro ko siya. nagkaka-problema lang kapag naglo-load ako ng SAVED GAME from memory card...

malaki pa space nung USB stick ko, 3 gigs pa ang free space niya e.

anyway, susubok ako ng ibang game na lalaruin (USB stick + OPL method) at tignan ko kung magka-problema ulit ako sa pag-load ng saved game.

may nabasa ako regarding defragmenting the file, since dapat intact yung file sa smooth processing ng game, kadalasang nangyayari yung problem pag kada bura tapos copy sa usb stick

yeah, i did that already using power defragmenter 3.0. kaso the problem still persists.

i'll try out a different game, play it shortly then save, then load the saved game. if it succeeds in loading the saved game then i guess the problem is with the game (i.e., bad copy of Suikoden III).
