I am planning to buy a psp kaso di ko alam kung ano dapat itatanong ko at ano pipiliin ko para hindi ako magsisi sa kahulihulihan,... ano ba ang maganda na PSP? yung FAT or SLIM? ano mga features nila? Tsaka magkano ba presyo ng PSP diyan sa luzon? Dito kasi package 15K (excluding MMC)
Yung MMC ba ng PSP ay nauupgrade? hangang ilang gig? pede rin ba kung hindi ako bibili ng mga CD games ng psp at download nalang me dito games tapos save to MMC? :help: bibili na kasi me :excited:

pede kang mag laro ng download games, pero dapat open or custom firmware version ka kung gusto mong maglaro ng peke, kung fat da best yung 1.5 (dark alex version) maganda rin ang mga sumunod na firmwares kaso mas modified ang 1.5 sa paggamit ng mga homebrews (applications for psp), kung slim, nasa 3.60 na ang mga firmwares gagamitin mo, pede pa syang mag laro ng peke kaso may mga homebrews na hindi na gagana kasi minodified na ng sony ang slim, at hindi na muna ma downgrade(see below) sa lumang firmwares

 case you haven’t heard Sony is releasing a new PSP, nothing groundbreaking but it is a step up nonetheless. This move is probably at least partially responsible for the lower $169 price on the current PSP.

The old PSP models were designated PSP-100x where the new models will be designated as PSP-200x and are slightly slimmer, smaller and ever so slightly lighter mostly due to the smaller battery.

Sony is doubling the memory in the PSP-200x models to 64MB, the PSP-100x models had 32MB. Presumably it uses the same 333MHz processor present in the PSP-100x.

The new PSP can also charge via any USB port and has a smaller 1200mAh battery (down from 1800mAh) but still lasts the same five or six hours before running dry. Also, some PSP-100x accessories will not work with the PSP-200x series so keep an eye on that.

Sony has moved the WLAN switch to the top of the new PSP, I guess it’s slightly more convenient that way though that doesn’t really matter; I was fine with it at the bottom.

No TV-Out cables are included with the new models. That’s about it, like I said, it’s nothing special. At the very least Sony could have equipped the new PSP with a touch screen, like every portable device has these days, even some MP3 players.

firmware upgrades/downgrades
mag ingat ka lang sa pag upgrade/downgrade nang firmwares ng psp mo, tignan mo ang mga requirements baka maging brick or totally wreck na ang psp mo. may mga nag uunbrick na nang psp, pero for safety precautions, ingat lang. at nga pala, recommended ng iba na mas maganda ang bagong firmwares dahil hindi lang ang bug fix kundi ang mga susunod na laro ay gagamit na neto.

ahhh ganun pala yun! siguro slim na nga lang maganda kasi my tv output na diba tapos mas higher na yung firmware ano kaya sa tingin nyo?

oo pero ayus yun kasi may tv out put malaki naman pagdagdag nun tsaka halos pareho sila pirce diba? uhmm wala naman masyado pangit sa slim yun nga lang ang sabi ni punisher yung homebrews eh di pa maxado tested!! :D

panu ung web nya meron b d2 nun ung internet connection nya? at panu ung ibang app s psp n mataba hnd nabagagana s bago dun s slim, tulad ng gba emulator?

alam ko may gba emulator na sa slim, di ko pa na try, pero may mga homebrew apps pa na hindi gagana sa slim. ewan ko lang kung mapagana sa susunod na firmwares (3.71 is the latest) sa internet, gagamit ka ng wifi sa internet ng psp, punta ka nalang sa mga wifi hotspot na nag seserve ng free wifi (mall,restaurant,school...) o mag pa connect ka ng wifi

uu meron pare meron yan dito sa pinas tingnan mo nalang sa labas ng mga coffe shop or kahit anong shop pa basta mag post sila na streamer na my wi-fi sila dun ka tumambay hehehe

ang nakalgay lang kasi dun kasi eh 3.60 m33 slim and fat, kaya baka hindi gumana yan.

@mataba

pede, una subscribe ka ng wireless broadband service like smartbro, then bili ka ng wireless router para magconnect ang dalawa.
