naayos na po mga boss, ikinapy ko lng lng ung SDK folder sa ibang memory stik ng repepips ko as said buy him, the error is caused by a bug in 3.71 m33-4 lalo na daw kapag nainstall in sa PSP slim. thanx everyone

This is a popsloader for the 3.71 M33 Firmwares.
Click here to download!...
Instructions:
Extract the zip file. Copy the seplugins folder to the root directory of your memory stick.
X:\seplugins (where X is your memory stick)
to enable popsloader go to recovery mode, Switch and Hold the PSP Off switch until your PSP completely turn off. Now hold R1 then turn on the PSP this will bring you to recovery mode.
Now go to Plugins ---> then enable popsloader.
Now you can play PSX games. Just put the EBOOT, Keys.bin files on a folder first with the name of the game as the folder name. Then put it on X:\PSP\GAME\
Example 1: X:\PSP\GAME\ResidentEvilNemesis\EBOOT.PBP
Example 2: X:\PSP\GAME\FinalFantasy\EBOOT.PBP
