Adobong Sugpo
Ingredients:

200 gms king prawn
1 tbsp olive oil
50 gms garlic, chopped
1/4 pck coconut milk powder
10 gms chili finger
salt and pepper
garlic rice

Preperation:

1. Shell prawn then saute in olive oil, add garlic and onion.
2. Stir until slightly cooked.
3. Add coconut milk, chili finger, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Let boil for a minute.

Shrimp Gambas
Ingredients:

* 1/2 kilo frsh shrimps (medium size)
* 1/4 cuo butter or margarine
* 1/2 cup tomato sauce
* 5 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 large onion, finely chopped
* 1 tsp. vetsin
* 1/2 tsp. powdered pepper
* 1 tsp. hot sauce or 1 2 hot pepper (siling labuyo), minced
* 1 tbsp. salt
* 1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Preperation:

Unshell and devein shrimps. Saute and brown garlic in butter. Add onion. Then, add shrimps. Stir for 3 minutes and add all ingredients.

Cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Then, thicken with bread crumbs.
 
Tuna Sisig

Ingredients
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup tuna, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
2 tablespoon Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade
Juice from 6 pcs. of calamansi
1 piece white onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mama Sita's pure Labuyo Red hot Pepper sauce

PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate tuna in Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for 5-15 minutes.
2. Pan-fry the tuna for 3-5 minutes on each side.
3. Remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces.
4. Place cut up tuna in hot sizzling plate.
5. Pour calaman juice and chopped onions over the tuna.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve with Mama Sita's Pure Labuyo Red Hot Pepper Sauce to add spice.
 
Crispy Kangkong
Ingredients:
Kangkong
1 egg white
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
salt
pepper
ice cold H2O (enough to make thin batter)

Dip leaves then dip-fry (moderate brown). Do not brown.

Ingredients:
Kangkong
1 egg white
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
salt
pepper
ice cold H2O (enough to make thin batter)

Dip leaves then dip-fry (moderate brown). Do not brown.

tokwa't baboy

INGREDIENTS:

2kg diced pork
5 pcs tokwa (diced)
2 heads garlic (minced)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
3 small onions (diced)

PROCEDURE:

1. Fry tokwa in hot oil, until toasted.
2. Fry pork until brown, set aside.
3. In saucepot, mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt, garlic, onions, & brown sugar. Heat for just a few minutes.
4. Pour over tokwa & baboy

caution: yields enough for a whole night of inuman :p

ingredients:
2 skyflakes
1 century tuna

Procedure:
1.durugin ng pinong pino ang skyflakes....
2.buksan ang lata ng tuna
3. tangalin ang kaunting mantika sa loob ng lata ng tuna...
4.kumuha ng tasa at ilagay ang dinurog na skyflakes....
5.isunod ang tuna na my knting mantika....
6. ihaluin mabuti...
7. pde ng pulutan....

sino pong may alam ng recipe ng chili wings? yung may saucy version, hindi dry. thanks! chaka recipe ng buffalo wings? napanood ko na nga to dati sa boy and kris kaso nakalimutan ko naman i jot down. sayang!
