Adobong Sugpo
Ingredients:
200 gms king prawn
1 tbsp olive oil
50 gms garlic, chopped
1/4 pck coconut milk powder
10 gms chili finger
salt and pepper
garlic rice
Preperation:
1. Shell prawn then saute in olive oil, add garlic and onion.
2. Stir until slightly cooked.
3. Add coconut milk, chili finger, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Let boil for a minute.
