Repair shop or parts online for Cloudfone THRILL 600FHD?

Hello, I have been trying many times over the last 2 years to find a place that could fix the cracked screen on my GF's Cloudfone THRILL 600FHD. Unfortunately I'm only meet with "Wala". Last i walked around the whole Visoria area in Manila without getting a different answer.

Anyone know of a shop that can repair this model?

Or and online shop where I can buy Touch screen replacement, the glass is fine but the touch don't work.

Preferebly shop near Oriental Mindoro or Batangas, and with contact number or e-mail, so I can make sure they have the parts.
