hindi ba mawawala ang wifi nya? meron kasi ibang tutorial na nagsasabi na nawawala na ang wifi kasi yung features eh pang samsung star lng..??
I'm using Samsung star wifi S5233w
Ito po yung instruction after flashing:
**After flashing, you may pick from three(3) custom themes all from Jdotcong and Onestyle07.
Extract the downloaded theme and copy "res"(small letters only) folder and paste it on root or main folder of Phone Memory and Card Memory (MMC).**
-- Linawin ko lang po both sa PHONE MEMORY AND CARD MEMORY ise-save yung res folder?
Sang main folder ng phone memory? Kasi po di naman pwede mag-create ng folder sa Internal memory so sa Other file po ba yun se-save?
After all the configuration (Installed na yung theme) then yun nga po may font problem na lalabas tapos ito yung solution:
1.Paste niyo po ung res folder sa memory card.
2.CUT the font folder and the Color.bin file na nasa "res folder" na nasa memory card.
3.punta po kayo sa phone memory,then create folder dapat ang nym nung folder na un is "res" (w/out qoute).
4.dun sa folder na ginawa niyo i-paste ung FONT Folder and the color.bin file.
5. restart the cp and go to patch menu.
6.mark niyo na lahat ng andun,then save it.
7.restart niyo lang ulit ung phone niyo,then OK na siya.
-- yun lang po may existing ng *res* folder sa Phone memory, so di na pwede mag-create ng folder na *res* where to paste the font folder and color.bin file. so pano po tong conflict na to?
-- Pag mag-change po ba ng theme (Ex. from star hero- star hero final) kelangan pang gawin ulit yung FULL PATCH procedure or yung UPDATE PATCH MENU na kagad?

help na naman po na down grade po ung cp ko.. from gt-s5233w naging gt-s5230w... amf... gusto ko po ibalik ung dating program nun fcc id: A3LGT5233W, SSN: S5233WGSMH,
na downgrade ko rin samsung GT-G5233W ko to S5230W for the sake of Star Hero+HTC Final Theme yun lang walang Radio, WiFi na widget and dami nawalang settings sa phone ko, that's I upgraded it to this firmware S5233WDQJI1 (yet nawawala pa rin yung fake call ko)

I'd downgraded my GT-S5233W to S5230 firmware you can download on this thread and used Star Hero + HTC Final theme. And here's the aftermath of my first experiment ^^:
Other than the font and Black background issue (which is na fix ko naman in courtesy of exeryon)
NOTE: Working pa rin lahat ng features may mga pagbabago nga lang.
1. No WiFi widget. WiFi still working but you have to select it IN the menu page (Menu>Application>WiFi).
2. Radio widget not working. Radio's working IN menu page only not the radio icon on the main screen, but you cannot select station once you return to the main screen so you have to re-open it on the menu section.
3. No Camera Shutter Sound. You can take pictures but no clicking sound. Sort of inconvenient when taking picture of your self.
4. No New Message Notification. You can hear the message tone and can see the new message icon on the top part of the screen but not the notification window, have to open Inbox to view who texted you.
5. No Network Settings. You must create network connection to access Internet, unlike with the original firmware all networks are already an option.
6. S5230 Text Pad. A usual S5233W has a text pad just like the bar type format. (But S5230 Text pad cute na rin)
7. Went Back To Its Default Settings. Once you turn off it will went back to the STAR HERO + HTS FINAL's original settings (Kung pano mo sya ininstall babalik sa ganon, from widgets to wallpaper).
8. Slow. There's a slowness on touch sensitivity and loading process.
GT-5233W has a feature that once you tilt the phone pictures will slide according to the direction how you tilt it (para bang natatapon yung mga pics), and Fake call. Those are the other things that this theme doesn't has.
STAR HERO + HTC FINAL suitable for guys. it has a masculine interface (Favorite ko yung booby android wallpaper^^ ang lusog eh hahahaha). WORKING TO!!! APRUB NA APRUB ^^

nonwifi kasi na fw ginamit mo kaya ala yun.akin wxiel1 ang fw ngayun astig bro accelerated pa ang touch ang daming mods.lalo na yung starhero final..ganda.
Working po sya, ang sablay lang napuputol ang tawag after 5 sec. Any suggestions? Yung starhero ginamit mo dito? tska upgrade ko lang sa WXIEL1 ok na yun la na gagawin pang iba?
