Panong Galaxy Note 3? Yung boot splash screen? Nop. Unless kaya mo mag edit ng Kernel hehe..



For play music nop since wala nun sa PH. I think need mo gumamit ng prox ng US saka ka mag lologin. Hindi ko na matandaan yung steps actually. Need mo pa ba yun kung pwede naman e torrent yung songs? hahaha...

How to flash a ROM from Stock ROM.
*** Things you need:
ROM of your choice
Philz Kernel (Latest Version LTA) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1901191
SD Card
A 100%-90% Battery life.

Step 1. (Root your Phone) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1329360
- Follow steps on Post 1 on How to Root With APK (First post if for ICS/JB users only.)
* To check if you are rooted. Install Titanium Backup (Might as well backup your Apps with it)

Step 2. (Backup everything you need)
- Backup apps/games with Titanium Backup.
- Backup Contacts. (If ever you have contacts that isn't sync with google) (Just check play store for an app to backup your contacts).
- Backup Messeges. (Just look for an app in play store).

Step 3. (Transfer the files needed)
- Transfer ROM and Philz Kernel to SD Card.

Step 4. (Flash Philz Kernel)
- Press and Hold Up Volume + Home Button + Power till you enter to recovery mode. (How it looks like - http://droidviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/android-recovery-galaxy-note.jpg)
- Choose "Apply update from external storage" (Use Volume Rocker to Navigate and Power Button to choose)
- Look for Philz Kernel and apply.
- Once a note that the update is done or successful, go to recovery mode again (Press and Hold Up Volume + Home Button + Power). "Do not choose Reboot System from the menu"
- Now you will have a new Recovery Mode. (How it looks like - http://imageshack.us/a/img545/6956/image1resize.png).
* If the new image of recovery mode didn't show and still showing the stock recovery that only means you failed to flash the philz kernel. Make sure the philz kernel zip is flashable and usable.

Step 5. (Flashing the ROM)
*Make sure you are using Philz Kernel!!! Never NEVER forget to flash philz kernel when you try to flash a new rom! Why?! The only way to brick your phone is by wiping data/factory reset using an unsafe kernel. Just to be safe on flashing a new ROM, just go to recovery then flash phiz kernel then reboot to recovery. Now you are safe to wipe data.
- Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset then yes then go back
- Choose Advanced then choose Wipe Dalvik then yes then go back
- Choose Install Zip
- Choose External Storage and look for your ROM and choose it!
- Once installation starts this would take some time not more than 5mins to install. (Be patient)
- Once a confirmation that the installation is successful, Go back and reboot system
- This will take a while as well and much longer than the installation process. (Be very patient) (How would you know if its not stuck or something... The Samsung word is glowing on and off mildly. If the bootanimation "Samsung Logo" keeps looping then you need to go to recovery again and do the process from Step 5.)
- The initial setup will be shown where you will choose your language then etc.. (You can skip the rest and set it up later)
- Let the phone do its thing on starting the apps,etc and rest your phone for about 3mins. (Better not fry your processor)
- Reboot your phone after and start your setup and restoration of apps, sms, etc.
- Done!


For Themes:
- Just flash the theme from recovery. (Install zip - External Storage)


Take Note:
- Do not update the superuser as it has problem if you update it from play store.
- I also actually prefer COH kernel for this ROM. - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2252977 (Just flash this in Recovery "Install zip - External Storage")
- Note 3.1fwm ROM has limited system apps so you have to delete some apps from system and preload if ever you get an insufficient storage. To remove apps from Preload and System, use a Root File Explorer app. To check which apps is safe to remove, you can check the details here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1580830


Side Note:
- If you got some error on rom and others didn't have that problem like something has crash then do this other way of wiping data.
This is only applicable if you came from a TW based rom and will flash a TW based rom. Do not use this process if you came from AOSP or CM. Also do not use this process if you will flash a AOSP or CM.
- Assuming that you are already on Philz Recovery Mode
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Go to Mounts and Storage
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe System
- Wipe Data
- Wipe Preload
- Go Back
- Go to Advance
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Then install the rom again.

issue talaga ba ng n7000 ang umiinit pag sa games at internet? malakas ba talaga kumain ng battery ito? sensya na kasi i just got one second hand.
saan pwede makabili ng matinong battery online?

Hmm depende kasi sa needs mo e. Pero naka Galactus ako ngayon with AOSP theme saka COH Kernel and ok naman siya. Ah pinalitan ko rin pala yung Launcher ko ng Note 3 Launcher, naka stock Note 1 launcher kasi yung Galactus e. Mas pinili ko Galactus kasi may BB10 Lockscreen and AOSP Lockscreen na may 5 stock shortcuts. Saka may sarili ng mods yung Galactus so hindi mo na gano need mag install ng mga xposed modules.

Pero for me mas smooth and battery wise yung Note3.1 pero konti lang naman difference nila sa battery. Pero mas smooth parin yung Note3.1 lalo na pag nag COH kernel ka.

Pero mas madali mag setup sa Galactus since after mo ma flash hindi mo na need mag tangal ng mga apps since maski marami apps mo ready to restore ka na agad unlike sa Note3.1 need mo pa mag tangal kung marami kang apps kasi nilagay niya lahat sa system/app yung karamihan ng apps kaya madaling mapuno. Pag nag Note3.1 ka after mo mag flash mag reboot ka sa recovery then install mo yung COH kernel after saka ka mag tangal ng apps sa Preload and System kung hindi mag end up ka sa stuck boot. Hahaha..

Yep. Ang umiinit yung sa top side sa likod noh. Manipis kasi yung likod ng Note 1 and nandun yung processor kaya pag nag games ka ma fefeel mo yung init unlike yung ibang phone naka tago para d mo agad ma feel. Depende din kung anong games nilalaro mo. For me tama lang yung bilis ng battery pag Asphalt 8 ang nilalaro ko pero pag COD Stike mas ma bilis ako ma empty sa game na yun. Pag facebook hindi naman mabilis maka empty yun depende lang kung lagi ka nag lload like si browser, kung click ka ng click sa mga links syempre mag pprocess yun kaya nakakadrain agad ng battery.

About sa battery tumingin lang ako ng Class A and ok naman siya. Pero pwede ka rin mag order sa Samsung Care. Nasa 1,050 original pero by order pa yun. Nun kumuha ako ng original nun summer mga 1 week ko lang hinintay. Sa SM North ako bumili nun. Yung class A gamit ko buckup ko lang yung original pag na empty. mga Feb ko binili yung Class A till now ok pa siya.

Malalaman mo naman kung sira na yung battery pag may bloat na. Lagay mo sa flat na surface tapos mag nag wobble may bloat.

Lagay mo yung bootanimation.zip sa sd card mo (Make sure na hindi flashable zip yung bootanimation.zip), then gamit ka ng root explorer copy paste mo sa system/media/ then hanapin mo yung bootanimation.zip long press mo then properties. Change mo to 644/rw-r-r

Panong flash ba ginawa mo? Thru Odin? Naka root ka na ba? If naka root ka na hanap ka lang ng apk na "Triangle Away"

SC-05D ba yan? If so check this site. https://sites.google.com/site/sc05dwiki/root Use google chrome for translate page.

You cannot use N7000 ROM or Kernel for Docomo version since they have different CPU even though GPU is the same.

You have to look for Japanese site/forum for your phone if you want to have a custom rom on it.

- Uninstall Kies and any Samsung Drivers. Reboot laptop. Install Kies again. That should fixed it.

Are you sure? Anyways check mo sa Settings - Developers Settings - Tignan mo kung naka check yung USB debugging nga b yun. (Edit ko na lang to pag na full charge na phone ko) Tapos check mo rin under Settings - Storage kung naka MTP baka naka Camera yan. Kung yung 2 is ok naman yung pag install mo sa laptop mo may problem. Or mag root ka na lang then mag install ka na lang ng Mass Storage na app para maging flash drive siya.

Hindi ko na gano matandaan yung ginawa ko pero after mo ma install yung kies wag mo muna e open e close mo muna then e saksak mo yung phone mo. Pag saksak mo hayaan mo lang muna kasi mag iinstall na yung mga driver niya dun sa USB Port na pinag saksakan mo cguro mga after 5 mins or 10 mins na install na yung tangalin mo ulit sa usb port tapos e open mo na yung kies then pag nag load na yung kies saksak mo na yung phone mo then mag coconnect yung phone mo sa kies. Medyo mga ilang mins din yun bago ma detect ng kies sa una e.

Haha madami na masyado yung post and konti na lang ang active. Malamang mga binenta na nila phone nila for a new phone. Anyways mag tanong ka na lang kung ano gusto mo malaman sasagutin ko na lang.

Anyways mas ok kung Note 2 na lang ang bibilhin mo kesa sa Note 1. Malaki ang gap ng Note 1 sa note 2 and 3 unlike ng Note 2 konti lang gap niya sa Note 3 and may upgrade na official yung to 4.3

Kung bibili ka lang rin ng Note 1 ngayon I advice na wag na. Sayang lang money mo lalo na yung mga new games na lumalabas like COD Strike Team medyo laggy na siya. Also halos wala ng developers sa xda para sa Note 1 so wala ka ng madaming choice for custom rom.

Kung brand new ang kukunin mo check ka sa CityLight na store mura dun kung cash ka or sa cmkcellphones may website din sila with price tag.

So yeh mag invest ka na lang for Note 2 or ibang phone instead of Note 1. Not worth it na lalo na for next year.
