Samsung S3 from U.S ,how to unlock/open line nang libre lng yung code

Good day po mga sir/ms, ask ko lng po kung sino po me alam na way kung paano maii unlock nang libre yung Samsung S3, nagtanong po ako dito sa bayan namin, 1.2 k php po kasi price para ma open line dito sa pinas, wala naman po ako budget, bale nagbabakasakali lang po ako na baka meron po other way or someone can help me with my problem.Sana po me makatulong saken, maraming salamat po.Godbless mga ka Symbians.

[6] Network Lock
Options [3]Perso SHA256 OFF
(after choosing this option, wait about 30 seconds, then go back one step by pressing the Menu button then select Back, now you are in
[6] Network Lock then choose
[4] NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ ..... wait for a minute then reboot your phone

Pra po sa mga wala yung option 4.. ngana lang po yang step na yan s 4.1.1- 4.1.2 jellybean.. u need to downgrade..pra mgwa po ng kumpleto yung binigay sa inyong tut..
