Secret marriage

hi. sino po atty. d2 or nakasubok na ng secret marriage? . my gf and i po kasi is may balak mag secret marriage befor sya mag abroad. .for 5 years.

QUESTIONS:
1. Ano po mga requirements at magkano po babayaran sa judge or cnu mang magkasal?

2. Legal po ba yun?

3. Kelangan p po ba ng parents consent or hindi na? . I'm 23 and shes 22.

4. Mapapalitan po ba mga status namin sa SSS, NSO at PRC?

5. Kung sakaling babalik po sya after ng contract nya, at magpapakasal na sa church, kukuha pa po ba kami ulet ng mariage license?

kahit pa sabihing illegal ang secret marriage (but in other terms wala naman talaga secret marriage.. papano magiging secret kung meron naman pala nakakaalam..."define SECRET").. kung nairecord ang "secret marriage" nyo sa NSO.. legal na rin yun.. so see.. doon pa lang wala ng secret.. dahil kahit sino pwede malaman ang civiil status mo.. regarding your questions..

1.) kung "secret marriage" yan.. fixer na ang bahala sa lahat.. sila na rin ang gaganap na ninong at ninang.. under the table na lang ang usapan dyan.. (pwede ka rin tumawad..)

2.) illegal.. BUT!! kung nairecord ang "kasal" nyo sa NSO.. at binigyan nila kayo ng MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, na nakarecord sa NSO.. LEGAL na yun.. (FYI... walang EXPIRATION DATE ang MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE/CONTRACT but lately meron tayong matalinong mambabatas.. na nag-attempt na ipasa ang batas na hanggang 10 years lang daw valid ang marriage certificate..)

3.) secret marriage nga eh.. natural hindi na.. tulad ng nasabi ko.. fixer na ang bahala sa lahat.. parents.. ninong/ninang sila ang bahala doon.. but kung legal ang nais nyo.. since under 25 years old pa kayo pareho.. kailangan nyo ng parents consent..

4.) kung nairecord sa NSO ang secret marriage nyo..OO kailangan mapalitan.. pero depende pa rin sa inyo kung ano nais nyo..

5.) pwede kayo pakasal ulit sa church.. parang irerenew nyo lang ang marriage license nyo..

AND LASTLY.. ISANG MALAKING MALI ANG SECRET MARRIAGE.. DAHIL MALAKING ABALA SA PANIG NYO IN THE NEAR FUTURE.. SO I SUGGEST MAGPAKASAL NA KAYO LEGALLY...

you may consider this.. i used to do a little work sa city hall -admin at HR staff other company.

1) ang civil marriage is around P4000 po sa city hall. if your in doubt sa fixer's price then inquire ka sa city hall, there's no harm in asking sa city hall, right?

2) ginagamit lang ang term na "secret marriage" for publicity or attract people but everything is civil. kapag fixer, hindi judge (kasi kapag judge P10+ bayad dun) gagawa nun kundi mga administrator/solemnizing officer... they refer it as judge but not the real one, ganun lang sila magsalita kasi un ang pagkaka-intindi ng tao, its a business thing. it means, LEGAL pero kung dadaan ka sa fixer expect tripple big bucks to pay or patong.

3) at your age - NO, they shouldn't. consent is for ages 18-21. (in rare chances, sometimes they do for ages 21-25, pero ika nga fixer)

4) YES, mapapalitan po status nyo sa NSO... sa SSS at PRC kayo maglalakad nun lalo kapag me conflict na sa name ng babae.. magrerequire sila ng NSO certificate

5) kasal kayo sa Civil by Law, you do not need to renew... if ur a catholic, di bawal magpakasal ng maraming beses sa church at civil as long na iisa(same person) babae/lalaki. pwedeng both church at civil... pwede either one.

sorry sa sasabihin ko... i'm just stating more facts:
*kung may concern ka sa employment nya abroad, at requirement is single status, ok lang plans mo BUT minsan ang employer humihingi ng CENOMAR (Cert. of No Marriage sa NSO here and abroad, for employment purposes) without employees consent because they don't need you to know it. anybody, even those you dont knew can get CENOMAR from NSO..
*kung other purpose nito like security ng relationship nyo then do what you both must...

this is not an answer para maging secure ang relationship ng dalawa...
take note, maraming OFW ang merong asawa sa foreign land at sa kanilang homeland...
maging babae man or lalaki, maging single man or married...
sakit na ng Family or relationship ito bastat ang isang party is working in foreign land...
ito ang side effect ng OFW...

now, kung balak ninyong magpakasal bakit gagawing secret pa eh matatanda narin kayo at siguro stable jobs na rin at mag-aabroad pa si misis... diba...
ang kelangan jan is trust at loyalty... mapakasal man kayo or hindi...
5years is napakahaba, grabe namang abroad yan... baka pede ka ng sumunod nalang sa kanya diba... para secured mo siya...

its a business thing.. making people believe.. or its like a slogan for them... but frankly it's just a civil marriage with higher costs, shortcuts... shortcuts from seminars, documentations, minimal appearances... etc but the danger here is sometimes it leads to legal actions for falsifications of documents... if ever may nag-complain... in rare chances.

yup even in those age sometimes they intend to get parental advice/consent... for a few reasons like: is it ok for the family, is it a rush decision, may pilitan ba... may privilege sila mag-ingat kasi if ever me problema wala ayaw nila masabit. Civil marriage is economically good. you dont need much money there.

All marriages must be submitted to NSO immediately by any administrator/solemnizing offer...

kapag ganun ang scenario, you get married then not submitted to NSO...
null and void marriage...
singles pa rin kayo...

there is no such thing as a "secret marriage!"

tinatawag lang yang secret kasi di nyo pinapaalam sa parents...pero kung nagpakasal kayo...as far as the law is concerned, kasal kayo ng totoo!

1. kelangan nyo ng valid marriage license...pupunta lang kayo sa court at magpapa sched ng kasal nyo...sa judge kayo magpakasal..pwede din sa pari...sa judge, nag re range lang ang babayaran mo from 500 to 2000...

2. yes! legal un!

3. oo...23 and 24...kelangan ng parents' advise (not consent)...pero kung wala, ok lang kaya lang matatagalan ang pag release ng marriage license nyo...(kelangan ng CENOMAR bago kayo makakuha ng marriage license)

4. oo. mapapalitan ang status nyo sa NSO kasi nakarecord yan sa civil registrar at mafoforward sa NSO...

5. hindi nyo na kelangan ng marriage license kung magpapakasal kayo ulit sa simbahan...kasi, under the law, kasal na kayo! kung gusto nyo magpakasal ng simbahan ok lang. parang renewal of vows lang un or hihingi kayo ng basbas ng simbahan...pero take note, kung sino lang ang ninang at ninong ninyo sa civil wedding, un lang ang tunay na ninang at ninong ninyo...kung magdadagdag kayo ng ninong at ninang sa kasal sa simbahan, pipirma lang sila on a piece of paper at hindi sa marriage contract..

...ako naman hindi secret marriage. ikakasal kami this coming oct. 6. im here in california, im still a fil. citizen ano requirements ko na dapat i-secure? tsaka pwede ba na proxy ang gf ko na kukuha ng NSO and cenomar? or any other requirements? ano pala mga kelangan na requirements? any advise will be highly appreciate it. thanks.

kung dito kayo sa pinas ikakasal... both filipino. i think wala ka naman problema. (please read the first set of posts too.) NSO and Cenomar kahit sino pwede kumuha ang importante alam mo ung may petsa (birthdates) at parents full ng kukuhaan ng Cenomar. ako nga kumuha ng Cenomar ng jowa ng tropa ko... di ko naman un kaano-ano, natuklasan namin kasal sa unang asawa.
