sir, alin din binili mo? yong may sony warranty or kimstore warranty? naku plano ko sana ung may kimstore warranty lang bibilhin ko. may defects ba yung mga kimstore warranty lang? if ganyan naku naman sayang mura pa naman. pero that's bad for Kimstore.. you better tell them about it.

4.3" is my ideal size. ok din sana un xperia v kaso wala shutter key. but thanks for the reply

agree.

5" is a nono for me. 4.3" is just ideal. 4.5" medyo malaki na pero limit na un. pero if i have to choose 4.3" pa rin. I'm choosing between Xperia Ion or Xperia SL but i think i'll go for Xperia SL. Pricedrop na kasi sila.. :)

Bought my Xperia SL from Kimstore last Oct5. Not 100% nangyayari).

Pano yang dead pixel test? Ginawa ko lang sakin cover ko yung cam with my hands then kumuha ng pic. Solid black naman sya. Haha ok ba yun? 6.1.A.2.45 yung sakin ngayon..

Andun yun sa service test. In your homescreen, dial *#*#7378423#*#* and look for pixel test. You have to see how your screen displays all colors. That's what the test does. Goodluck :)

More info on Jelly Bean Xperia update coming in mid-December

It looks like we will get some further news on the Android Jelly Bean schedule for Sony Xperia devices in a few weeks’ time. Sony Mobile confirmed via one of its twitter channels that “more detailed timings and info on this (will be provided) by mid-December”.

Sony Mobile has only confirmed timings for the recently launched Xperia T/TX and V, which are expected to get the Jelly Bean update by the middle of Q1 2013 i.e. next February. Therefore, we expect more news on the other 2012 Xperia handsets such as the Xperia S and Xperia P in a few weeks’ time. Remember, 2011 Xperia handsets will not be updated to Jelly Bean and we don’t expect a reversal on this decision.

heto pa more info

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for 2012 Xperia devices rolling out from mid Q1 2013

Sony Mobile has this morning confirmed that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for its new Xperia devices (Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V) will start to receive the update from the middle of Q1 2013. Sony Xperia devices that launched earlier this year including the Xperia S, Xperia acro S, Xperia ion, Xperia P, Xperia go and Xperia J will be upgraded to Android 4.1 in “due course”. Looks like Xperia miro, Xperia tipo, Xperia tipo dual, Xperia sola and Xperia U users are excluded.

The release date for Jelly Bean is later than we expected, we had always assumed it would launch later this year. Recent owners of the Sony Xperia T/TX may feel the most annoyed especially since Sony said that the handsets will be “upgraded to Android version 4.1 (Jelly Bean) following launch“. We interpret ‘following launch’ as near enough immediately after release – certainly not four months later.

We suspect that the JB launch for the other 2012 Xperia models could take as long as early Q2 2013, given that no concrete information has been given. It’s hard not to commend Sony Mobile for updating many of its mid-range handsets along with their higher-end models. However, Xperia sola and Xperia U owners will rightfully be arguing why they won’t be seeing the update. It’s certainly not a question of hardware specification.

What we do know by now is that Android version upgrades are a slow and painful process for all manufacturers. There’s also every likelihood that Sony Mobile is hindered with the sheer volume of handsets it has released this year and last. Trying to update and certify a new Android version update for all of these handsets must be a logistical nightmare. Let’s hope that as time goes on, Sony gets better at releasing more timely updates.

Thanks Stojan!

Re: Sony Xperia S (Nozomi, Arc HD, LT26i) Official Thread [ICS 07/27/12]

Re: Sony Xperia S (Nozomi, Arc HD, LT26i) Official Thread [ICS 07/27/12]

Re: Sony Xperia S (Nozomi, Arc HD, LT26i) Official Thread [ICS 07/27/12]

Camera not available."
