pag pc companion ginamit mo, di mo marerestore yung mga text messages na binackup mo. haha. palpak nga.
Yung friend ko S3 gamit nya, mas stylish yung icons ng Xperia natin kesa S3. haha!

What if wala naman akong gustong irestore na files? haha ok lang bang to na i update ko via wifi? Nasa isang cp ko naman yung mga sounds and messages ko eh. Hehe, well stylish talaga ang XPS natin. Sayang nga lang di nagbabago kulay ng transparent strip natin. Btw, bakit nag kaka error yung home screen ko? parang nag foforce close pag binabrowse ko yung photos and videos widget. Hmmm. Dahil kaya sa mga kung ano anong widget pinaglalagay ko.

bossing, kung wala ka rin naman importanteng files na kelangan i-restore eh di wag ka na mag-backup.
i think hindi major update yan kung thru wifi lang ang update. may nabasa ako from sony na lahat ng ICS update nila is through PC companion. tignan mo rin po PC companion nyo kung ano version yung ia-update nya. dapat 6.1.A.0.452 para maging ICS na yan

bossing baka pwede pa post ng noob guide on how to change kernel to SSPeed by Krabbapel2548 of XDA, lately kasi na brick ko SXS ko sa attempt ko na to change kernel finollow ko naman lahat ng instuctions dun sa XDA pero mukhang nagkamali ako eh, thanks in advance

Galing na po ako ng advance kernel kaya may cwm recovery mode na ako. From there, flinash ko lang via cwm yung zip.
Kung via fastboot, unlocked na ba bootloader mo?

yes, fixed ang battery ng Xperia S. mapapalitan lang ito kung dadalhin mo sa service center at request ng replacement.
disadvantages:
replacement or backup battery - hindi pwede
hang-ups or crashes - di mo pwedeng tanggalin bigla battery mo para makapag-reboot
advantage:
physical design - dahil hindi na kelangan tanggalin, mas napapaliit ng manufacturer ang phone at napagkakasya nila sa gusto nilang case.

natatangal battery ng xps pag tinanggal mo yung mga turnilyo sa likod nito. anyway dapat may knowledge sa pag kakalas. nakapag kalas na ako ng xps, overall, from bat. to lcd screen...

you can remove the battery by force but it is not removable like the Xperia Arc S for example

Hi, I got my phone just yesterday.. ayiiieeh.
pero I am still thinking kung iuupdate ko siya sa ICs agad agad...
tsaka me tanong ako TS, nagtry ako magsend via bluetooth ng isang .jar file at isang .txt file. pero laging lumalabas, "The request could not be honored" . Pero nagsend ako ng isang kanta at mabilis pa sa alas kwatro, natanggap na agad ng phone ko yung file.
Bakit kaya? Does it mean na kapag hindi nya mare-read yung file, eh hindi nya yun tatanggapin?
naisip ko kasi hindi ito java capable kaya hindi rin ito makakabasa ng .jar file..

may instances din ako na hindi ako maka-send or maka-receive ng apk files via bluetooth.
pag ganun nangyayari, either i connect them physically thru USB or gumagamit ako nung Airdroid.

just got my sony xperia s last week. i'm enjoying it. no yellow tint no problem so far. i'm planning to unlock bootloader and root my xps. tanong lang po. ano po ba mawawala pag hindi ako nagbackup? mawawala ba ang mga preinstalled applications? thanks. sorry, newbee lng po kasi.

kung update na po to ICS, mawawala po yung ibang pre-installed apps but not all. some were just phased out or replaced by another app. pero kung root at unlock bootloader lang, wala po mawawala. retain po lahat even text messages and call logs.
