yung pre-installed front/back shatterproof screen protector hindi scratchproof.. you better buy one starting from day 1. you can replace it with 3rd party SPs later on though

afaik, it's pre-installed by the manufacturer on the display panel, so if you want a spare one, you will have to pay for the whole panel. walang for sale na original shatterproof screen protector ng sony. meron ang spigen but ofcourse no sony logo. yes, nakaimprint yung logo sa screen protector so think twice before removing it coz i heard you lose your warranty due to "hardware modification" which sounds funny imho.

May palatandaan ba kung odex o deodex na ang ROM? Sumubok kasi ako ng isa sa mga tools for deodexing. Nainstall ko at working naman. Pero parang walang pinagbago, may odex files pa rin akong nakikita sa /system/framework/. Paano ko malalaman kung deodex na ang ROM ko?

not worth it ang ported honami cam. laggy ang buggy. :-P i heard cybershot using honami cam libs is in the works. pero no ETA yet.

edit: oops! meron pala ako sa pc companion, so I might skip that thread instead. research na rin ng rooting and recovery kung sakaling mawala after update


rooting notes: as usual, after an OTA update, you'll lose root. ang ginawa ko:

1. download the kernel and other packages from the link above by [NUTS]
2. flash the older rootable kernel (v.423) via flashtool
3. reboot phone and exit flashtool
4. run doomlord's rooting batch file and follow the instructions
5. flash back (v.67 stripped) kernel from link above using flashtool instead of the v.244 from doomlord's guide
6. reboot phone
7. flash nuts dual recovery
8. done

Kakatapos ko pa lang magcustomize may update na agad. Ano naman kaya meron sa update?

Antay muna maging stable mga deox, MODs, bago ako magupdate, enjoy ko muna customized XZ ko hehe.

@ syntaxerror search mo lockrings sa nexus thread sa xda. gamitin mo lang ang .pngs saka kaw na bahala maglagay sa framework-res.apk>res>drawable-xhdpi> palitan mo yung ics-handle pressed at ics handle normal ng custom image mo. tapos mas safe if ilalagay mo sya sa flashable .zip para iwas bootloop.

badtrip naformat sdcard ko nawala lahat ng mga files at pictures ko ok na sana may dropbox naman para sa mga pictures pero dun sa mga files ko may way paba para maretrieve ko yun?
