follow the usual procedure. pero take note to exclude "Partition" para hindi mabura ang contents ng sdcard mo. also, may option ka to clear "Data" para sa malinis na installation, or retain (uncheck Data) it for just an upgrade to your current setup.

pwede ka po pumunta ng Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings
or
manually mo input internet settings mo based sa network operator mo. punta ka po sa section ng network operator mo dito sa forum since di mo naman sinabi kung ano network provider mo. pag may ka ng internet settigns (APN settings), punta ka sa:
Settings > More... > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
then gawa ka ng bago dun by pressing the menu button.

Smart has better coverage from what i've heard

guys totoo bang may problem ang angle view ng Z natin?pakiramdam ko kasi wala kasi parang HD din naman at viewable kahit sang view..ang sabi iupdate lang daw pero di ko pa sinusubukan kasi baka magfailed..
