most of the time, yes.
kelangan nya i-rebuild ang dalvik cache nya and setup most system apps
lalo na kung deodexed ang rom mo...
 
nagtry po kasi ko kagabi mag mag upgrade ng recommended nyo na rom na pre rooted na build.67 kaso nag error ung flash ko. e na wipe ko na yung system nya kya wala ng os yung cp ko. tinry ko ulit flash yung pre rooted rom. succeccful naman base sa flashtool pero ng power on ko tagal nya magboot...naka stock lang sya sa sony logo..kaya ang tingin ko na softbrick na..ang ginawa ko inopen ko yung sony companion at dun sya narepair...dati build.423 ngaun build.67 na...kaso ang hirap iroot..gusto ko pa din kasi gamitin ung pre rooted rom na build.67..

boss pwede installan ng twin recovery yung stock rom lang?

basically kasi, hindi pwede i-root directly ang v.67
kelangan mo i-flash muna ang lumang kernel ng v.244, run yung kay doomlord na rooting script/app
then flash back yung kernel ng v.67
pagkatapos nun, pwede mo na flash yung dual recovery ni [NUT]
sundan lang yung instructions
lalabas lang yung superSU at grant lang yung permission para sa installation ng recovery, tapos na yun pagka-restart :thumbsup:

boss sinubukan ko din yun kanina nagflash ako gamit yung flashtool ng kernel ng v.423..yun kasi yung nasa tut ni doomlord e..tapos root ko na gamit yung v.18 ng pang root pero sabi dun sa pang root di daw supported yung v.67 kaya di successful


v.244 ba na kernel ba talaga kelangan na flash bago iroot...


boss me nadownload din kasi ako na stick rom v.423 sya..pwede ko ba iflash yun para maging rootable ulit ung xz ko..ano po ba usual na nangyayari sa xz kapag ikokonek mo sya sa flashtool..hold volume key bago ikabit yung usb ang ginagawa ko..anong led sa xz ang iilaw kapag nakakonek na flashtool?

v.423 pala ang rootable ng doomlord's method
yung v.244 pala pareho lang ng v.67 na hindi pwede root
pero pareho lang rooting process
flash yung kernel ng v.423
run the doomlord's rooting script
then flash back yung v.67

yun error na natanggap mo, malamang hindi na-flash yung v.423 na kernel. try mo flash yung kernel ng v.423 ulit

Boss Themonyo ano po sa tingin nyo problema bkit ayaw maflash ng v.423 na kernel yung cp ko...nakailang try na po kasi ako pero no luck pa din..


pwede ko po ba ito i-downgrade to v.423 from v.67??..meron po kasi ako stock rom dito ng v.423...

yup
pwede downgrade
tapos, install ka ng CWM
then flash mo ng pre-rooted, deodexed, zip-aligned rom based sa v.67
then, flash mo yung v.67 kernel (depende sa rom installation instructions)

Boss kaya pala ayaw maflash ng kernel ng v.423 kasi nakacheck yung exclude sa flashtool..:slap:. ..:lol:..bwahahaha...noob pa kasi ako sa flashing e..pero ngaun ok na sya...na flash ko na yung rooted na v.67...

Boss Themonyo..:salute:...salamat sa walang sawang pagsuporta sa tulad kong baguhan pa lang sa flashing ng rom..
 
Mga boss baka may alam po kayo solution sa problem ng Xperia Z ko. Umiinit po kasi siya pag nag-lalaro or nag ssoundtrip ako :'(

hindi ko pa tested eh...
ang alam ko kasi na nabago ay based na sya dun sa bagong firmware ng Z1. marami kasi silang binago sa camera algorithm nila eh. we should receive better images
ewan ko lang kung may performance improvements sya
malakas kasi talaga ang SoC ng Z1 at Z Ultra eh, compared sa Z
