Sony Xperia Z Users Thread

PaHelp po..

Kapag po ba mabilis madrain ung battery ng xperia Z, with Stamina mode ano po ba sira nun?
Sabi po kc saken sa FB groups need ko lng daw update OS version kc hindi pa po ako nka kitkat
pero pansin ko kc from time to time nababawasan na tlga ung battery life hours kpag chinecko ko sa
status ng battery life sa settings. before ang nka indicate within 2 day some hrs. ngaun 10 hrs na lng ung standby mode nya.
Heavy user kc ako 17 hrs laging online sa nilalaro ko and online pa sya.
So sa tingin nyo mga ka-TS software lng po ba sya or virus or sa battery life na mismo???:reading:

always flash the latest version available
personally, I've flash cm-12-20150216-INFECTED-yuga.zip
when flashing AOSP/CyanogenMod based ROMs on Sony devices these are the steps:
root your device (skip if already done)
unlock your bootloader (skip if already done)
install custom recovery like: CWM, TWRP, Philz or DualRecovery (skip if already done)
download the ROM and GApps (do not extract)
place both ZIP files in your internal storage where you can easily locate it
boot your phone to Recovery Mode
make a backup (optional but highly recommended)
wipe data, wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache
install ROM, then install GApps
reboot phone


edit: cm-12-20150217-INFECTED-yuga.zip is already available
if your root permissions does not function properly, flash SuperSU
download here: http://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip

kelangan na pala iroot ang phone? never ko pa naroot ang phone pero naupgrade ko sya to android 4.4.2 using the procedure I read on this thread . Is there also the same way like I did before where rooting is not needed? thanks, themonyo!

this is a custom ROM based on AOSP/Cyanogenmod
ang pinaka-importanteng part dyan ay yung pag-unlock ng bootloader which will wipe your internal storage and lose your DRM keys
 
Boss.pede.pq.help panu po mag downgrade sa xperia z ultra kitkat nq pocha cia 4.4.4 gusto ko sana.4.4.3 lang.or 4.4.2 :help:

yes sir pero nakadepende padin daw sa Sony kung iaallow niya ang access sa manual settings :(
 
sir help ask lang po kung magkano paayos ng xperia z sa service center ng sony kasi po pinasok ng tubig yung xperia z ko ginawa ko na lahat, nilubog sa bigas ng 3 days blinower ko na wala pa din ayaw bumukas nagbliblink lang ng tatlo yung led light nya bad3p na water proof yan!
