SOUNDMAGIC E10S In-Ear-Headphone

I recently purchased one piece of Soundmagic E10S in ear Headphone, the one which has
the best review online at whathifi.com. I just want to clear out that
the compatibility modes for the smartphones written on this product
isn't reliable in my experience. I had tested the e10s to my nokia
lumia 1020 and as i follow the switch position stated on this product
which is should be at position B as i'm using a nokia phone,
surprisingly, it didn't work, i got distorted grounded sound. I tried
putting it in position A and looked, it worked.
So i just want to confirm if the switching position for nokia phones
written on the e10s and other having mic was correct.
Currently I'm using e10s on my nokia lumia 1020. The switch is
currently set to position A. Far from what is written on the product
box (Position B for nokia phones).
Other nokia/android/ios users?? help me verify.. Thanks.
