as in yung flash tool uulitin ko po ulet ang pag install? meron din palang hinahanap na CDC serial kapag sinasaksak ko yung alcatel OT 918N ko sa PC

have alcatel glory 2.3.6 ... niroot ko po ... after deleting some apks ... reboot (inde ako nakagawa ng backups).

nawala ung 'dialer' function (pag tinap yung phone icon nagbliblink lang yung screen) at lumalabas ung process.android.acore stopped unexpectedly - force close lang yung pwede mapindot.

kinabahan ako at sinelect ko yung settings > privacy > factory reset.

after ko magreboot ... dun nagsimula ang boot loop.

currently ginagawa ko na yung OTU 1.8.2 process (nagawa ko pala yung pagdownload ng binaries ng OTU via sir bluerain sa FAQ # 17 ... pero lagpas 4 hours na ... ok pa rin po ba ito?

I removed FAQ #17 because the 2.3.6 system files there is different from the new 2.3.6 I think.

Sa mga hindi makaalis sa Step 2 ng Custom Recovery Installation, follow these simple instructions onwards for a smooth and worry-free Rooting:

1. Copy and Paste SuperUser zip file to the root of your SD card.

2. Download One Touch Upgrade (OTU) Software from alcatel website - (para ma-recognize ng PC ang alcatel unit mo).

3. Install OTU and "TRY" to do an upgrade by connecting your USB to the Desktop PC, pag nagkaroon na ng greenbar, click "cancel".
- (This is to know that you have a connection with the PC)

4. Install PDAnet.
(then skip Custom Recovery Steps 1&2).

5. Do Steps 3-9 (pag hndi na-recognize ng PC ang unit mo, remove the battery and repeat steps 3-9) before timer reaches zero.

6. Once "Download OK" appears, do the open custom recovery by pressing and holding Power Button + Volume Up.

7. Onward to steps 3-5 (use volume buttons to scroll and click the power button to "confirm file").

8. Keep clicking "go back" until you see the first screen with the "reboot" option.

9. You'll see the green android SuperUser icon from your apps after rebooting.

10. Congrats! Rooted na phone mo! (time to make a SD partition)

oks na po yung cp ko

naka-6 akong OTU sessions, duration: 3 hours.

sana makatulong itong maliit na info sa iba - wag nyo pong kakalimutan na pag nag -
a. network error
b. stuck yung progress ng ilang percent for a long period of time (mga 30 minutes)

eto yung ginawa kong steps para magtuloy-tuloy:
1. i-cancel yung OTU process
2. idisconnect yung usb sa phone
3. remove battery from phone
4. wait ng mga 10 secs
5. ikabit ulit yung battery sa phone
6. click yung 'next' sa OTU application
7. ikabit yung usb sa phone

ang nangyari sa akin, sa umpisa nagnetwork error. ginawa ko ung steps sa taas, nawala yung network error. after nun nastuck sa 50% yung progress, same steps yung ginawa ko, nagtuloy sya sa 51%. yung stuck progress status mga 5 beses nangyari sa akin.

after the long wait, successfully nabalik yung 2.3.6 na stock rom with all the bloatware.

malalaman mo yan pag turn off mo yung cp then kabit mo sa pc then run mo yung spflash tool. pag di nabasa ng spflash tool that means ndi pa naka-install yung driver.
