bakit po ganun..everytime na magkikill ako ng hindi legitimate na task nagaautomatic shutdown yung pc ko. kaya di ko na gingagawa yung first step, diretso na ko sa combofix. di ko tuloy alam kung napeperform ko ng maayos tong tutorial na to. pahelp naman po kasi pakiramdam ko di pa natanggal lahat ng virus sa pc ko. salamat ng marami

meron nrin yata ako npost n kgya sau nung ngyari d2s pc nmin s opis...hindi nko gmamit nung taskiller, diretso combo/SD nko agad...ok nmn sya

Hindi ko ma access ang folder options, ang task manager at regedit. Sinunod ko naman ang instructions sa page 1.

I have tried the ComboFix, una I turned off system restore... Then nag combofix ako... After that bumalik na ang access ko sa folder options, TM etc. then I restarted in safemode to run SDfix then after doing so... nag restart na yung computer and natapos na yung SDfix... I restarted my PC again, and found out na I could not again access the folder options, TM etc. Ano po kaya ang problem??? Sinunod ko naman ang instructions... Do I need to run Combofix in safemode too just like SDFix?

na experience nyo po ba na sa lahat ng folder ay may makikita kang Microsoft word.exe pero pag delete mo ayaw naman....??
