[TUT] How to Remove Malicious/VIRUS/WORMS in your Infected PC's

Hi sir. I have a prob. Kapag nagoopen ako ng ibang application, may lumalabas na error. Hindi ko po alam kung pano gagawin para mapagana ko ulit. Kahit smartbro hindi ko na mapagana. I need your help po. Nag scan na din po ako ng drive c pero wala naman nadetect na virus, im using avira antivirus.

Makakatulong po kya itong thread m0? TIA po sana matulungan nyo ako.

Reformat po ang tanging magagawa mo jan. Sounds difficult pero ganun at ganun talaga ang dapat gawin. Kasi kung hindi mo na maopen ang ibang application sa PC mo, infected ng virus, spyware or any trojan ang unit mo. Minsan kasi mahina ang virus signatures ng Avira eh. Lalo na kung free edition lang ito. Tas root drive lang na-scan mo. Paano naman ung naninirahan sa ibang partition/hard drive mo?

Un na lang po dapat mong gawin.

BACKUP DATA FIRST!!! Ung mga important docs, pics, or mp3s isave mo na rin muna.

Hirap pa naman pag nawala mga treasures mo. Hehehe...

Try also to reinstall repair it using your Windows Installation CD. Kung XP, boot your Windows XP Installation CD the hintayin mong magload lhat until umabot k sa press Enter then do not choose "To repair a Windows XP installation using the Recovery Console, press R" F8 to agree then Select the XP installation you want to repair from the list and press R to start the repair.

This is to avoid reinstallation of your 3rd party appz. If this doesn't work. Go straight to formating your OS drive...

Sana po may iba pang option na pwede, reformatting po kasi 2nd option ko lang. Pero kung wala na po talaga, magreformat na lang ako.
Nagoopen naman ibang application like mga cc cleaner ,may mga app lang talaga na nabablock. Ano po kaya matinding anti-virus marerecommend nyo. TIA!

hi!!! i guess knug ayaw mo muna magreformat, un mga error messages na nakukuha mo , take note mo and then igoogle mo, to know if those errors are spywares. kase kung pop up windows, usually , spywares un. kung my antivirus ka, di nya madedetect yung mga spywares na yun, ang virus kase is different from spywares. nyway eto usual steps ko before mag end up sa format

1. take note of those error messages and google it, if they are legitimate or spywares. syempre use another pc to google it kung wala ka connection. if ever spyware nga ..
2. go to safemode with networking,log in as administrator if possible.
3. sa pc na infected, start, run, msconfig, disable all startup apps and services that u acutally dont need . reboot pc.
4. set your recycle bin into do not move files in the recycle bin. check it. then remove temp and prefetch files. c:\windows\temp , c:\windows\prefetch.
5. kung may malwarefix ka, yun muna ,then autoruns. punta ka options, check un include files with blank codes ba yon tska verify codes. tapos refresh. wag mo check yung something like hide microsoft or exclude kase usually don nagtatago mga spywares . pag my file na walang description at di verified, igoogle mo, to know kung legitimate file yun. bestfriend talaga naten ang google :P tanggalin mo na din sa autoruns yung mga toolbars at mga file not found , uncheck mo.
6. run trojan remover. malwarebytes. tapos boot to normal mode.
7. sa normal mode kung may infections sa malwarebytes,open mo ulit mbam tapos remove yung nasa quarantine. tapos run mbam again as a final touch.

boss ang autorun.inf ay virus. you can use autoruns in order for you to remove it. pero if it didnt work, then yes, manually remove it by using the command prompt. mag attrib ka po

1. go to command prompt
2. go to the c:
3. c: atrrib-h-s-r autorun.inf
del c:\autorun.inf
del c:\ntdelect.com


m.exe po
you can just use prevx. or punta ka lang po sa task manager , end task mo yung process.

pano po ba i-delete yung net-worm.win32.kido-ih dami ko ng na try na antivirus and spyware remover pero bumabalik pa din sya.

boss kung wlang remains, dapat di na bumabalik po yan. ano na po ba mga nagamit mo ? yung autoruns nagamit mo na ? and make sure na wala cyang remains sa temp at prefetch. syempre tanggalin din boss sa registry.

boss importante po na matanggal mo sya sa registry, everything kahit na yung di naman nkakaapekto sa system.

go to regedit and remove :

actually you can just use those regular malware removal like malwarebytes and trojan remover. that spyware is just a regular type of spyware, so its easy to remove it. just make sure that there are no remains. here's the right procedure:

1. disable all start up from msconfig
2. remove temp and prefetch files from windows
3. go to the program files, check if there's any antivirus pro 2010 program there and remove.
4. go to registry and remove those I listed above.
5. run malwarebytes and trojan remover for final touch.

Don't worry, that spyware is sisiw

osri is the only way. kase yan yung makulit na pabalik balik talaga. it will take hours of troubleshooting , but still you'll end up doing those same troubleshooting steps again since yun nga pabalik balik. so osri na talaga .

tol delete ko ung folder ng SBfix at Qoobox sa Drive C nag blue screen ang PC ko after non ayaw na mag bukas dapat ba di burahin un....
at pano tangaling ung recovery sa boot screen hustle kasi agaw attention

up ko lang to,,isa sa makulit na virus na naencounter ko ung WIN 32.MABEZAT.A worm,,grabe hirap tanggalin,,sabi ng tropa ko nakuha daw niya un sa n95 na chinaphone ng mommy nya,,1 tym nasira charger nung cp,,then dun sa pc chinarge,,usb kc ung slot ng charger ng cp,,kya ayun,,pgtanggal ng cp aun na,,ngspread na sa whole system ang worm,tinira system files,,tapos mga installers,games,mp3 folder,,halos lhat ng files,,hirap pa nun,,wala xang antivirus,,si ininstall ko c nod32,,inupdate ko xa,tas fulscan ko ,d worst case is dina kinaya ng quarantine,,wid olmost thousands of infected files,,no choice kya format ko ung drive c,,advice ko lang,wag iwan ang drive d na d malinis,,kakalat lang ulit sa drive c ung worm after na nainstolan u ng clean os,,noobkiller nakaka2long din,iupdate lang xa,,di naman nobela 2 hope maka2long,,,

ey can anybbody help me?
i runned combofix kasi may virus ung usb na nailagay ko so after nung combo fix eh nkita ko na nabura na but the problem was hindi ko ma open ung computer ko in safe mode kaya di ko ma run ung sd fix, ayaw rin gumana ng cleaner ko. bka meron pwedeng makatulong dyan. help me naman
