Hi ruwie I don't play video games but ss far as I know, Angry Birds also works on Chrome / Chromium in their Web store You can use that to play Angry Birds since Chrome / Chromium is cross platform

I don't play that game, but you may want to try these instructions: http://www.techienote.com/2011/06/angry-birds-on-ubuntu.html. I just installed now and it seems to be working fine although at the start-up, it asks you to "Activate the Full Version". Even so (kahit demo or trial version siya), it means that the game is working properly with Wine. I used Wine version 1.2.3 (the latest stable version). For you, it means it's just a matter of installing a full version of the game.

mga master jan interesado ako d2 sa linux ang kaso po wala akong alam sa OS niya sa madaling salita walang background about sa linux kaya paturo naman sa mga nakakaalam kung anong OS ang pwede kung install sa laptop ko ito ang specification ng laptop ko Acer Extenza 4603Z Dual core,2 GB Memory,HDD 250 GB

Ok yang specs mo tol, pwedeng-pwede. you could also try installing ubuntu linux via wubi, download mo lang dito www.ubuntu.com, may kasama na sya doon na wubi installer. Para ka lang nag-install ng windows application, pwede mo ring uninstall it after. if nagustuhan mo yung look and feel ng ubuntu linux..then yun na yung time na pasukin mo na yung next stage ng partitioning and installing ubuntu linux on your machine. wag ka mag-alala at matakot, madami dito na handang tumulong sa'yo. Ubuntu has a fixed release schedule, every 6 months. Makikita mo sa version number:

10.04 = 2010, 4th month (April)
10.10 = 2010, 10th month (October)
11.04 = 2011, 4th month (April)

You can run the following commands in your terminal:
To change ownership to a file.

$ sudo chown user file

To change ownership to a directory recursively.

$ sudo chown -R user directory

To change permission to a file.

$ sudo chmod 755 file

To change permission to a directory recursively.

$ sudo chmod -R 755 directory

Or you can consult mr man. Just type command
$ man chmod or chown for more details about the command.

Nakapag-register na ako sa AirVPN website, at na-setup ko na din ang Globe Broadband stick ko.

Pero 'nung kinlick itong link ( https://airvpn.org/index.php?option=com_air&view=access&Itemid=100 ) niyo para i-download ang AirVPN confile file, ito po ang lumalabas:

"No modes available, sorry" ang nakalagay.

Ano po magandang solusyon? By the way, naka-Linux Mint po ako, pero I don't think my OS is an issue.

Hi Friend,

Welcome to the thread.

Airvpn announced a few months ago that they no longer offer free VPN services (they only offer premium/paid services). You can search here in Symbianize for other providers. They work with OpenVPN anyway.
