tapos tatanungin mo *1888 ung iba ndi alam na may problem sila ktulad ng ganetong issue.. ibang mkakausap mo alam pero ndi nila alam specific na tawag sa problem na to... hay hayyyy

no choice din. kasi ung globe e di maganda dito sa area namin dati. taz ngayon naman na maayos na, may datacap naman. kaya nagstay as smartbro/homebro user kami for about 6yrs until nagforce migration kami ng ultera around feb2016.

mag mamigrate na kami sa DSL bossing JC ...tinawagan ko na ang taga PLDT ..titingnan daw muna nila kung may available facility pa ( sana nga meron:pray: )...wala na kasi iba choice ehhh.. kung globe naman may capping din ...

yun nga parang di sila well trained PLDT Customer Service. Noon sa Globe nangyari narin to, pero may iisa silang sagot , sabi nila DNS Poisoning.

congratz, makakalaya ka narin sa Ultera haha. kami tiis muna , wala pa talagang budget hehe.

Ask ko lng,pag nagmigrate ka sa DSL, anong susundin na contract nun, yung Ultera or ung sa DSL?

mag babasi sila sa ULTERA .. kung anong plan ung kinuha mo sa ULTERA un yong babasihan nila..

Dead pa din ba? Pati smart kasi 175 din binibigay hahaha... :D Tapos na maliligayang araw ko sa GLOBE eh, may 50GB capping na ung ABS nila need ulet lumipat.

NAT issue yan brad :(
ang required sa almost all na online games e NAT 1 and 2 pero ang ultera kasi eh NAT 3 :(

pinagdedelete ko na mga online android games ko eh, di kasi makalaro ng maayos. nagdownload nlng ako ng mga offline android games haha.

Mga Tol! May nakausap akong agent from San Fernando area, may plan 1299 pala yung fibr e unlimited internet yun at 3mbps yung "speed" free installation pero babayaran mo yung wire which cost 1500 for 1 year and yung activation fee na 500 so first payment nasa 1900 siguro bill then onwards 1300 na

heres the funny part nagpalagay yung kaklase ko nung june pa last year and now yung speed niya from 3mbps 50 mbps siya and since malapit na rin maactivate yung line dito sa area namin sa Dila Dila Sta Rita Papalipat na ako

btw yung pagmigrate daw ay okay lang no charges sa remaining months sa contract mo so ano magtitiis parin ba kayo aa ultera?

gusto nila mag migrate na ang mga ultera users sa business plan.. karamihan kasi ng ultera users sa games ginagamit.. O sabihin na natin na katulad sa pisonet or computer shop.. kaya, binibigyan tayo ng bad IP's para di magamit sa laro.. Mababa kasi ang latency sa ultera kaya kagaya ko sa mga lugar na di abot ang DSL at FIBR eh ultera talaga ang 1st choice..

tinanong ko na rin yan sa CSR, pero ignore lng sila.

Natnaong ko na rin yan sa agent na kausap ko. BTW Mexico area ako, malapit sa SMP kaso kasamaang palad wala pa yung fibr samin, wala pa raw nalagay na box. Pero lilipat pa rin ako sa DSL. Hehe

static IP yung tawag sa ganyang service eh sir, di ko alam kung sakop ng service nila. pero ung Globe alam ko meron pero mahal bayad.
