sir... ang download speed ko nasa 12-15mbps sa speedtest pero ung sa torrent ko maxado mababa 14kbs lang, 3.4.2 version ng utorrent gamit ko, dapat ba same ng version sa torrent mo gamitin ko? tnx sir

Hi guys, first of all thanks for the info, unfortunately i tried this method and nothing change for me. Im using smartbro plan 999 Huwaei Modem E153, is this a factor, or is there another Utorrent version we need to make this work? Thanks.
