thanks ts dito.

doesn't work with me. corrupted zip file daw po.

thanks anyways.

Alternative 1:
Open the file thru winrar so you don't need to check/uncheck folder options.
Right-click the file and click rename. Change the file extension to .zip.
Access the renamed file (still in winrar) and go to xl \ worksheets.
Double-click the sheet you want to remove the password with, ex., sheet1.xml. It will auto-open to notepad (in my exp).
(The sheets are numbered according to the original file, from left to right.)
Press CTRL+F and type "protection". Delete <sheetProtection algorithmName= ... selectLockedCells="1"/>. (This is .xlsx format.)
Save and click YES to update.
Click the .. at the top until you're back to where you renamed the file. Change the .zip back to its original file extension.
DONE. No need to extract/compress.

ALternative 2: This only works for new version, not compatibility mode.
Open the file thru winrar.
Just double click on the Excel file. NO need to alter names.
Navigate to xl -> worksheets -> sheet#name
Close winrar.
DONE. No need to extract/compress/rename.

BUT if the Excel Workbook is encrypted, I think the password cannot be deleted by this trick.
You will get corrupted file. I do not know if it is possible to delete the password thru deadly hacking skills since I am not a hacker, haha
