try otu again..

kasi un akin ganun ginawa ko un hindi nag on..

if nag error un otu tangal kabit lang ang solution jan and mag okey na siya uli

are u flashing the europe 2.3.5 zip??

bkit po ang daming naka check dun sa scrrenshot nyo sir??

if install ka naman recovery kung nag downgrade ka 2.3.6 to 2.35 make sure na scatter file ng 2.35 ang gagamitin niyo..

and also dapat naka usb mode ka bkit un sayo com ang nakalagay..( did u install the drivers correctly?)

yep na install ko na sya kaya lng paisa isa pa nga tas bglng ng error kaya un tnry ko install ng sbay lhat ayaw pdn ..

nag try ako magotu nung nasa step3 ako nag error pnbabalik ako sa step 2 anu dapt kong gawn??

yep na install ko na sya kaya lng paisa isa pa nga tas bglng ng error kaya un tnry ko install ng sbay lhat ayaw pdn ..

note.
yung first 3 po need na magkakasabay pro_info+preloader+dsp_bl
then proceed sa next step paisa isa lang bka may naskip ka sir. naka click po dapat yung back-up and restore NVRAM sa first 3 then sa apat na susunod uncheck mo po inatach ko yung image na ginamit ko. kya need mo iflash yung apat para mabuhay mo cp mo sa recovery so you can proceed sa pagflash ng new rom. kasi kung yung first 3 lang ang ipaflash mo need mo pang mag OTU..

paisa isa lng ba as in pag natapos na ung tatlo uncheck ko na un tapus check ako isa tapus pag tpus nun uncheck ko tas check ulit ako ng isa??

yup ganun po ginawa ko since no luck ako sa sabay sabay yung back-up and restore nvram be sure to uncheck na

after mo maflash yung 3 ng sbay sabay di po talaga magbubukas yan kaya nga po i paflash mo pa yung apat para mabuhay yan.
or you can proceed sa slower way after flashing nung 3 file do an OTU.
sakin tried and tested ko yan kasi ngflash ako ng 3 file from 2.3.6 na openline, nagkaidea kasi ako na bka maopenline ako after. kaya lang ang problema sira yung preloader na file kaya ayun di na nagopen cp ko so no choice nako kungdi magdowngrade, then ganyan ginawa ko at succesfull naman

nice 1 hehe latest ka pla haha windows 7 lang ako yup pede po talaga sabay sabay sakin kasi nainip ako kya kinancel ko heh so isa isa ginawa ko super loader na kasi pc ko sa bhay ang bagal na sa daming files na laman
proceed na sa flashing ng rom goodluck

ang downside nito ay di po pede bumalik sa 2.3.6 kasi after flash yung 2.3.5 need mag OTU after success OTU 2.3.5d kana so you can flash the custom rom

Sir the only way to upgrade back to 2.3.6 is by OTU.
just repeat the process only this time flash the 2.3.6 "pro_info" file (attached file). Same procedure in downgrading to ver.2.3.5

The alcatel server will then detect it as "alcatel one touch 918N" version 2.3.6 gingerbread (open line) and upgrade your phone.

In my opinion version 2.3.5 is more stable and responsive not to mention all the support and custom rom and development in contrast to version 2.3.6

Important tips to all on one touch upgrade.

During the upgrade process the server will download the rom to your local pc in the folder name downloaded (located in the folder "one touch upgrade s 1.8.2")
Now after the process end (meaning the phone is upgraded) do not close the OTU program. Go to the folder "one touch upgrade s 1.8.2 in your local drive "C" and rename the folder "downloaded" to "downloaded 2 ". This will prevent the OTU to delete the bin files in the downloaded folder when you close the OTU program.

Now the next time you mess-up your phone you can do the OTU the fastest way by renaming the folder "downloaded 2" back to "downloaded".
This time the server will skip the long process of downloading bin files.
From 50% to 100% in just 3 to 5mins

try mo ung update ni ts sa first page, dapat gagana yan kahit wala otu madodowngrade mo mga yan.

sorry sir but i don't have plans to downgrade atm. i'm very satisfied with my phone on stock rom, int2ex enabled. but have to upgrade my sd card. i just commented on the post about extracting/copying the "downloaded" folder and putting it back in when doing the OTU.

thanks to the tut and 2.3.5 roms though.
