reminder:
direct connection to lan ng pc mo ung canopy plug mo ang need

1. download wireshark here.
2. install it and run.
3. click capture then start
4. if may error msg box na lumabas"you did'nt specify an interface
on which to capture packets." click ok
5. click capture and interfaces, again may lalabas ulet message box and click start
6. look at the filter on the upper left , you'll see a box there, type mo lldp
7. focus on the protocol wait till lumabas yung lldp.
8. if nakita mu na click capture stop,. there will be a mac esn
na lalabas like sa video ko
0a:00:3e:E6:33:90
ang need mo lang ay eto
0a:E6:33:90 ignore ung 2nd and 3rd na esn number
convert sa calc to decimal then lalabas canopy ip mo
like 10.146.45.228 yan for example
8. sa wakas success na. hope nagets niyo

CANOPY SOFTWARE UPGRADE

DOWNGRADE CANOPY SOFTWARE
para sa mga di makagawa update click me.
at para sa mga 169.254.1.1 na di makagawa watch me.
i suggest magreset na lang kayo canopy ok..
1. Go to Configuration>>Click Unit settings Tab>>Click Set to Factory Defaults button.

GUIDE AFTER RESETTING:

1. bago iclick set to factory default make sure na list niyo toh

go to configuration>>ip>>tandaan niyo yan,
yan lang mahalaga

2. now you can click factory to defaults maging new
canopy ip addr niyo ay 169.254.1.1

set your ip addr in your network connection to
169.254.3.3 subnetmask 255.255.0.0

3. mapupunta sa canopy page mu ule then go to configuration>>ip
then info na pinasave kosa 1st step lagay mu ule

then yun ok na balik connection na.



FOR WRITTEN INSTRUCTION:

first mga need na file CLICK IT FOR THE LINK
network updater
CANOPY105BUILDOFFICIAL_DES.pkg3

dapat naaccess mo canopy mo
need kasi ip ng canopy page mo

1. change ung ipaddress sa network connection

ip address: 10.20.30.40
subnet mask: 255.0.0.0

if 169.254.1.1[default] ang canopy address mo no need to change ip maaccess mo siya directly

2. type cmd sa search box type arp -a
may lalabas na ip add 10.x.x.x for example
10.246.35.128 canopy page ko pag wala
lumabas try mu gawin sa ibang computer or laptop or use wireshark sa taas instruction
para mlaman mo canopy add mo

3. OPEN network updater

4. first click update tab>>manage packages

5. Choose CANOPY105BUILDOFFICIAL_DES.pkg3>>click
close

6. click edit>>add elements to network root

cllick the box on the lower left
dun mu type ip add ng canopy mo

if may password canopy:
uncheck use default/inherit settings from parent element

then sa telnet/ftp login id: admin
then put the password ng canopy mo

then check the box beside network root

7. click view refresh entire network

8. after that click update entire network

then thats all congrats

same procedure sa pag downgrade goodluck
