Ay ganun po ba? Nakakagulat lang kase.. Ano po ba yung normal na weight saken?

Ideal weight for your height is ranging from 48.5kg to 61.7kg.
But because you're a lady, you need to properly tone your body
so that you will not look big even you're in your normal weight.

Do it for one month and then after that change your program.
By that time i'm sure you already acquired enough knowledge
to make your own. Experiment ka kung alin effective din stick
to it while gradually increasing of course the weight you are lifting.

Kaya ibinigay ko yan sa'yo kasi marami sa gym ang nag-mamagaling
at yong iba naman, proper "pa-cute" ang ginagawa hindi proper execution.
As much as possible, avoid "bouncing" your body while doing
any exercise.

Kung may hindi ka alam sa exercise na binigay ko, yang website
na yan ay kompleto na for you to be familiar to all of them.

Ngayon naman, my advice is, never, EVER, do your program for over 1.5hrs, bakit? Ang iba, ini-isip nila na magaling sila kapag uma-abot ng tatlo o yong iba pa nga apat na oras sa gym. That is a big no, NO! If you want faster result, do your program for that day within 1 to 1.5hrs lang, with shorter time of rest for each set, around 30sec to 1.5min lang is enough. Tipong medyo humihingal ka pa. The explanation for that is this:
When you workout, your body uses all of the glycogen stored in your body. Ngayon, pag naubos na yon, ang kakainin na ng katawan mo is your muscle na mismo which is not good if you want to build muscle. That is what we call catabolism. In order to avoid that, during exercise, increase the intensity, not the duration.

Watch your diet also. Increase your protein & carb intake. Avoid junk
foods. Lastly, do not drink alcohol or smoke at all cost. Discipline is a must.
Remember, nothing great worth having that come by easy.

Gandang hapon sa'yo kaibigan. Ideal weight for you is ranging from 65.3kg to 83kg. Siyempre, that should be muscle weight, not fat para healthy. Now for your diet, please specify kung ano gusto mo, weight gain, weight loss, or you just want to maintain your current weight.
Kasi pag-sinabing balance-diet, general term na yan.

ang pagtangkad nasa genetics mo yan..

umpisahan mo sa weight na kaya mo pero yung tipong hirap ka na pagdating ng later sets or reps..in short ikaw din ang makakapag sabi kung ilan ang magiging starting weight mo..

Qustions lang,magre-exercise sana ako,natigil kasi,gusto ko ulit magwork-out ung tlgng puspusan na...

1. Kailangan ba po tlaga ng cardio before exercise? kung oo,pde bang humingi ng program sa cardio exercise...

2. Paano ba talaga effectively matatanggal ung "love handles" sa work-out?

3. Pde po bang humingi ng program work-out (pra sa dumbbells) na for beginner pero effective?

4. Paano ko ba malalaman na tama ang ginagawa kong work-out at nag-effect sa katawan? Ano po b ung titatawag na "bouncing"?

5. Pde po b humingi ng sample meal plan para sa tamang diet (ung kaya sa budget)? ok lang ba kung puro fruits and soft diet?

6. Ano po ang tamang paraan sa pag-iintake ng mga fat burners (tulad ng lypo-6 or any recommended fat burners)?

7. Tama ba ung paraan ng sa isang set pababa ang repetitions at pataas ang timbang (dati po kasi ang ginagawa ko sa isang set pababa ang repetitions at pataas ang timbang, sample kunwari ang buhat ko po sa isang set ay 20 pounds,ang counting ko is 12-10-8),tama po ba ito or may kulang?

boss anu po mas ok dito? 8x2 pinaka heavy na kaya ko tapos sa huling reps babawasan ko konting weight di ko na kasi kaya sa last rep pag di ko binawasan pero x10 OR 3x12 medium weight ung sakto lang talga sakin na eexcute ko ng maayos

Good morning, i'm glad you're going to be serious now about
your body. That's good, lalo na ngayong panahon, marami ng sakit
ang di kayang pagalingin ng mga dating gamot for that particular
disease, so being healthy is the best option to have an overall longevity.

About your questions, cardio is really necessary when you are
going to perform any exercise. Not only it warms you up but also
it will prevent you from acquiring further injury. Isa pa, if you
want to look more lean, & i guess everyone nais yan, cardio exercising
is best for doing that job. Lalo if you are going to perform it 15min
before & 15min after your program.

Di mo na kailangan ng program about jan, simple lang naman ang
cardio. You can do it on a stationary bike, treadmill, or by doing
jumping rope.

Now for the "love handle", you need more compound exercises.
I don't know if you have already watched the "300 movie", believe
it or not, they acquired their shredded body not by doing thousands
of crunches but by doing the exercises in the website below.

But! Take note, if you follow that exercises, do not neglect to have
sufficient recuperation. That is very rigid, even the advance body
builder out there will find themselves grasping for their breath if they
do that. So follow the instructions carefully. Start with the weights
you can just barely lift.

Yong #3 question mo, follow mo muna yong sa website na binigay ko.

Ngayon naman sa tanong mo #4, what i've done is took a picture
of me before i started & another every month. Also, measure your arms,
hips, legs, chest, & calves every month to track your record.
"Bouncing" is the literal way of bouncing your body while performing
an exercise. Yong iba ginagawa yan, di ko alam kung nais magpa-cute
o talagang sadyang dinadaya ang sarili. If you will notice, if you
exercise, say, standing alternating hammer curl, if you bounce your
body, the pressure & resistance will be transferred on your body &
legs, not anymore to your biceps which you want to develop with
that workout.

#5 question, i will not give you a diet plan because you will be
restricted too much of your diet & daily routine. My suggestion,
eat every 2-3hrs, basta see to it that you are eating high amount
of carb & protein. Read also my post here as your guide.

#6, nakalagay naman yan sa label. Read also the first page,
meron don guide sa lahat ng uri ng fat burner. Choose what best suits you.

#7 Usually that is the method use by many, unless you are doing
an Oxford method which is inversely proportional to that.
Ok lang yon, 3 sets, 12-8 reps, good starting point.
