to make your own. Experiment ka kung alin effective din stick
to it while gradually increasing of course the weight you are lifting.

at yong iba naman, proper "pa-cute" ang ginagawa hindi proper execution.
As much as possible, avoid "bouncing" your body while doing
any exercise.
Kung may hindi ka alam sa exercise na binigay ko, yang website
na yan ay kompleto na for you to be familiar to all of them.
Ngayon naman, my advice is, never, EVER, do your program for over 1.5hrs, bakit? Ang iba, ini-isip nila na magaling sila kapag uma-abot ng tatlo o yong iba pa nga apat na oras sa gym. That is a big no, NO! If you want faster result, do your program for that day within 1 to 1.5hrs lang, with shorter time of rest for each rep, around 30sec to 1.5min lang is enough. Tipong medyo humihingal ka pa. The explanation for that is this:
When you workout, your body uses all of the glycogen stored in your body. Ngayon, pag naubos na yon, ang kakainin na ng katawan mo is your muscle na mismo which is not good if you want to build muscle. That is what we call catabolism. In order to avoid that, during exercise, increase the intensity, not the duration.
Watch your diet also. Increase your protein & carb intake. Avoid junk
foods. Lastly, do not drink alcohol or smoke at all cost. Discipline is a must.
Remember, nothing great worth having that come by easy.

1. Kailangan ba po tlaga ng cardio before exercise? kung oo,pde bang humingi ng program sa cardio exercise...
2. Paano ba talaga effectively matatanggal ung "love handles" sa work-out?
3. Pde po bang humingi ng program work-out (pra sa dumbbells) na for beginner pero effective?
4. Paano ko ba malalaman na tama ang ginagawa kong work-out at nag-effect sa katawan? Ano po b ung titatawag na "bouncing"?
5. Pde po b humingi ng sample meal plan para sa tamang diet (ung kaya sa budget)? ok lang ba kung puro fruits and soft diet?
6. Ano po ang tamang paraan sa pag-iintake ng mga fat burners (tulad ng lypo-6 or any recommended fat burners)?
7. Tama ba ung paraan ng sa isang set pababa ang repetitions at pataas ang timbang (dati po kasi ang ginagawa ko sa isang set pababa ang repetitions at pataas ang timbang, sample kunwari ang buhat ko po sa isang set ay 20 pounds,ang counting ko is 12-10-8),tama po ba ito or may kulang?
