boss anu po mas ok dito? 8x2 pinaka heavy na kaya ko tapos sa huling reps babawasan ko konting weight di ko na kasi kaya sa last rep pag di ko binawasan pero x10 OR 3x12 medium weight ung sakto lang talga sakin na eexcute ko ng maayos

Oo, ok lang yan. Mas maganda pa nyan sabayan mo ng high amount of protein if you are serious about building muscle.

diet at cardio..tanggal taba mo..bawas din sa inom ng alak..

di totoo yung sit ups at crunches lang (dapat nga ginagawa lang yung pag napaliit mo na tiyan mo at mejo halata na yung abs, pampalobo lang kung baga)..mas nakakapagpalabas ng abs yung cardio

cardio..like 30 mins to one hour (walang rest yan ha tuloy tuloy dapat. ang pahinga mo lang eh yung babagalan mo ng pedal or takbo pero walang hinto) of biking, running, jogging..sa stationary bike or sa treadmill.

kung husto mo naman na mabilisan (baka naiiniip ka sa 30 min na cardio)..pero for sure daig mo pa yung nagjogging ng 30 minutes..go for HIIT (high intensity interval training)

search mo sa youtube yung "tabata burpees" take note na 8 mins mo lang gagawin yan..pero I assure yuo na sa unang try mo pa lang baka sumuko ka na hehe..

yang exercise na yan nakapag pababa ng timbang ko..ginagawa lang yan pag rest day mo sa gym..at least 2-3 times per week

panu yan.kulang ang oras ko may work kasi ako pag gym ko eh kulang na nga.mag joggin pa ng 30 minute.pero salamat na din.subukan ko ung isa na sinabi mu thaks.

di mo naman araw araw gagawin yun eh..pag rest day mo lang sa gym..kung may bisikleta ka..pwede na yun..magbike ka lang sa umaga ng 30 min to 1 hr..pwede din naman sa gabi..haha ako nga me work din eh..shifting pa yun ha ngayung week pang morning ako..next week graveyard, the following week pm naman..pero nasisingit ko parin yung pag woworkout..at least 3 times per week

everyday ako nag gym eh.isang araw lang ang rest day ko sa gym.try ko ung sinabi mu pag day off ko sa work ko.thanks

I bet you have fallen into one biggest notion mistake about revealing the shredded abs - to do thousands of crunches and sit ups. Isang malaking pagkakamali yan kaibigan. Kasi una sa lahat, dapat nating maunawaan na ang abs is muscle, meaning it also need to be given ample recuperation just like any other muscle group.

How long will it takes for the abs to be revealed? Well, it will depend on your diet and discipline. Believe it or not, 90% of your success in achieving the body you always dream of is obtained from the kitchen, the remaining 10% is from your activity. The lesson? No matter how you strive for your goal, without proper nutrition, you are most likely bound to failure or to your plateau.

But the good news is, you can make some of your body parts help you in achieving your goal. Like doing compound exercises such as deadlift, floor sweeper workout, & others alike. Why? Because by recruiting more muscle group, means you are burning more calories, & more fat too! Because take note, fats are not just found on your belly, so you really have to work your body to display all the definitions you have been working hard!
