Tanong lang mga pafs.. ok lang ba kahit medyo late ang tulog pero kumpleto na 8-9 hours... kasi ako 11pm ako nakakatulog tapos ang gising ko 7:30am..

Tanong ko din kaibigan, how do you find it sleeping late at night and then waking up late in the morning?
If you find it just fine, then, that's alright. But if not, ikaw na din makakasagot sa tanong mo.
Sa'kin kasi, personally i don't find it a healthy habit kahit pa sabihing nakaka-8-9hrs na tulog. But of course iba-iba tayo ng katawan. So with that, we have also different "comfort zone" ika nga.
Basta if you think it is healthy to your lifestyle, then just go with it, if not, then you know what to do.
