Tanong lang mga pafs.. ok lang ba kahit medyo late ang tulog pero kumpleto na 8-9 hours... kasi ako 11pm ako nakakatulog tapos ang gising ko 7:30am..

Tanong ko din kaibigan, how do you find it sleeping late at night and then waking up late in the morning?

If you find it just fine, then, that's alright. But if not, ikaw na din makakasagot sa tanong mo.;)

Sa'kin kasi, personally i don't find it a healthy habit kahit pa sabihing nakaka-8-9hrs na tulog. But of course iba-iba tayo ng katawan. So with that, we have also different "comfort zone" ika nga.

Basta if you think it is healthy to your lifestyle, then just go with it, if not, then you know what to do.

Resistance has something to do with the weight and the type of exercise.

But just to change how the story goes, i think you're doing well with your program. You are already developing strength. Sooner or later, talagang maghahanap ka din ng mas mabigat at mas challenging na exercise.

thanks.. sir bakit ganon pag ginagawa ko ung upright row eh sumasakit ung sa shoulder ko.. matagal na to eh.. kapag nakastraight ung left arm ko..tapos iniikot ko ng konti..sumasakit

ga boss tanung ko lng kung ok lng ba ung late night na natutulog (mga 12-1am) tpos Gym inabukasan mga 2hrs ako sa Gym e??

Baka hindi ka nagper-perform ng warm-up and stretching before initializing any exercise.

As of now, maaaring may pilipit na ugat ka sa may shoulder mo. The best thing you can do is to stop exercising for 2-3 days and see if it still hurt. Pag-masakit pa after that period, pa-check mo na yan sa eksperto.

Uulitin ko, ipa-check mo yan kaibigan. Huwag mong balewalain ang mga ganyang pananakit.

Sleeping very late at night is never been healthy and
never will be. I've already answered the same question before.
Sleeping is the ONLY best way for the muscle to recover -
and if you want to develop bigger muscle fast, please
inculcate this in your mind:
"Muscle recuperation is equal to muscle growth".

During exercise, you are not actually developing muscle, you are
damaging the muscle tissues.

Another problem with your habit is that you are creating so much
stress to your body which is not good. Stress as i have said before is
one of the major enemies of an "educated" body builder. Stress
causes your muscle to breakdown instead of developing it.
You can search that over the internet if you think i'm wrong.

Now about your exercise duration, 2hrs is not really ideal unless
you are into cutting phase. Ang sobrang tagal na pag-stay sa
gym will cause you the so called "catabolism". Catabolism occurs
when your body is already eating your muscle as for the use of
energy unless you have a lot of fats that can be burned before
your body choose your muscle composition.

Been helped many friends, health conscious, and gym colleagues to reach their respective goal.

Hilig ko rin talaga ito so i still continue reading books and learning ideas through actual and theoretical approach.

But i did not pursue to become a G.I. dahil pumunta na ako dito sa Australia.

nung nag tetraining po kasi kami..medyo may nabiglang muscle..pero pawala na po ngayon...:D

sir paano kung binabaan ko ung binubuhat ko..for maintenance nlang.. kunware..ung 50lbs na military press naging 40lbs nlang... ung dumbbell ko kasi sa bahay 40 lbs in total eh.. ano magiging itsura ko nun ? :D

Halos same lang ang bigat niyan kaya i don't think there will be
big changes in your appearance.

Buti siguro kung from 100lb, you drop it to staggering 50lb!
Yan, malaki talaga magiging epekto niyan sa hitsura ng
muscle mo.:)

ahhhh.. ehh sir totoo ba ung more reps = ripped ?
fats ba muna unang ibeburn nun ? hindi kagad muscle ? :D

Yon ang sabi nila. Yan din ang madalas kong marinig sa mga nakakasabay ko sa gym.

But if you happened to read the books of Arnold Schwarzenegger or any articles about burning fats, so far wala pa akong nababasa na magpapatunay sa claim na yan.

The only thing i am sure is that if you want to burn fat, you have to perform complex exercises and of course, cardio exercises.

Fat loss cannot be obtained by considering the exercise alone.
If you really want to see visible result, you should first pack as many sacks of determination and motivation as you can! I'm dead serious here.

I've seen and encountered countless number of people who wanted to look at their best but not giving their best to achieve their goal. Sa una lang parang seryuso, but as the days gone by, wala na.

Sana'y maunawaan natin dito na ang pag-papaliit ng tiyan, lalo na ang pag-palabas ng 6-pack abs really takes time (unless genetically gifted ka). Kahit anong gamot ang inumin mo hindi mo makukuha ang nais mo sa isang tulogan lang. Kaya paki-usap ko sa'yo, tiyaga lang sana.

Anyway, let's get started.

First of all, if you want to remove that belly fats around your waist, you should not solely focus on the abdominal exercises. You also have to do compound exercises given below:

If you have time, i will also recommend reading the whole thread from the very beginning as i have already mentioned in the past the tips and other thing you need to know para mas mapadali ang pag-burn mo ng fats without taking any fat loss supplements.

ang mga taba..unang naiimback or na sstore yan sa abdominal/belly area..

belly area din ang pinaka huling part ng body na nawawalan ng taba pag nagpapayat ka..

kya nga isa yan sa pinaka mahirap irripped na part..

kung umiinom ka or malakas ka uminom..baka may ascites ka..

kung hindi naman..konting bawas sa kanin..try mo kamote mas ok yun..

Just an addition, maaari din na yang nasa tiyan mo ay hindi na lamang taba, kondi water retention na din or worst(hopefully mali kami), yon na ngang sinasabi ni kaibigang answerkey na Ascites.

I had read, that if you want to test if you're holding so much water, you must: Give your belly a pinch then release it, if it bounces back like a rifle, then you really carrying so much water underneath your skin. Please remember to drink more than 8 glasses of water to prevent dehydration. Also, you must lower down your sodium consumption dahil isa pa yan sa mga dahilan kaya nag-ho-hold ng tubig ang ating katawan. Seeking good health while having a cigar or booze in your mouth is like talking peace with a gun on your hand.

kaya pala ganun, active ako sa basketball 3months straight araw araw nag lalaro pagkatapos hihinto ako ng mga 4-6months tapos active naman ako ulit.

yes sir, tama po kayu heavy drinker ako nung college tapos mahilig din ako mag computer buong araw tapos marami din kinakain kung kanin.

boss.,ganu ba katalaga dapat mag pahinga pag katapos mag work out.kasi may work ako.nag start ako mag buhat ng 6.30 ng umaga haggang 8.30 tapos maligo na ng 10.00
