@TS or sir deedok: I'm trying to fix my friend's Transcend 4-Gb flash drive (pc can still identify the device when plugged in, but cannot write/format; error message reads, "There is no disk in drive H. Insert a disk and try again") with the ff. info.

ang problema ko sa USb ko, pag nag save ako ng music & movie ayaw mag play. and also the Folder is emty....
or sira na talaga ang Usb

At first, Choose mo yung all default sir. Kung wala pa din.
Yung with erase flash na po.

Tried both options, didn't work. Tried all 6 options, didn't work, too. The resulting error code says, "There are no flash disks on board." May other options pa ba ako, TS? Sana meron pa, hehe!

hindi rin po gumagana saken yung mga tools dito.
windows 7, os ko.

ito po yung mga ginawa ko:
1. insert usb flashdrive, windows detect it, but need to reformat. i try to reformat it, but no luck.

2. micov tools, no luck. hindi sya madetect. kahit yung older version.

3. Usb flash drive already plug-in, try to use low level format, no luck.

4. usb flashdrive already plug-in, try to use "hp usb format", also no luck.

ano na po kaya gagawin ko? pls help, 16gb po yung flash drive ko.

nagtataka lang po ako kung bakit 4gb lang to..ang alam ko po kasi, 16gb to..hindi kaya nakapartition to tulad ng RIDATA na brand? pinahiram ko kc to, bka binago nya..

anyway, ok na din yan atleast magamit ko pa..

dagdag ko lang po sa mga kapareho ko ng problema, ang mga tools (eg. Ameco MW8209 v1.1.1)na para dito eh hindi nadedetect ng windows 7, sa windows xp lang. kahit nag-oopen ung windows ng tools pero yung device nman e hindi nya nadedetect.

base lang po yan sa ngyari saken..

@joni, buti naman sir kung ganun. Napansin ko rin nga. 4gb nalang siya. Try mo sir set sa options yung capacity. Gamit pa rin yung tool. Then format mo.

kahit sang p[ong USb slot aya.. nagana nmn ung iba kong USB eh.. ni try ko sa ibang PC at laptop ayaw din eh ... not recognize daw..may pagasa pa kaya eto?
