Mission
Unite, Inspire and Support FILIPINO Vector/Vexel artist and enthusiast all over the world.
Description
On the 27th of March 2010 a group of talented illustrators from the Philippines Jejomar Limbo a.k.a. Deftbeat, Nelle Talan and Gilbert Sapnu created Filipino Vector Artists on deviant art. They are responsible for creating a movement that inspired more Filipinos to take part in the art.
In that same year, a member brought the idea to the limelight. Rizaldy Catapang a.k.a ZLDZ created a new group on facebook that shares the same principles with an added Mission and Vision. It is to Unite, Inspire and Support Filipino Vector Art/Artists in the country. Thus Vector X Vexel PH or VXV PH is born.
2011 was the year that VXV's name became well known both locally and international as its core members bagged several features in various websites, print and other media. This includes Advanced Photoshop, Computer Arts,Threadless, Graphika Manila, Vectips, Vector Tuts and many more. Other activities include design workshops and talks that opened many doors to aspiring graphic design students. In its 2 years, it garnered a member count of 500+ Vector Artists that is divided from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao making it one of the largest design groups in the Philippines.
Today, VXV PH thrives to pursue its vision of creating strong ties and opening more opportunities to its members while enjoying what started it all and that is the art called vectors.

gusto ko din kasi matuto, marunong ako gumamit ng PS, kya lang noob tlaga ako sa ganitong klase ng art.. may maipapayo ka ba sa akin?
