Conzace TS. Inumin mo bago matulog. Tapos take ka din ng vitamin D or paaraw ka tuwing umaga. tsaka 8 hours of sleep.
 
Vitamin D3 kasi di ka naaarawan at vitamin C para mas malakas na resistensya dahil nakakababa ng immune system ang puyat.
