Yes there thesis is called Internet Vendo Machine. Same as your inquiry, you can do it too on pfsense. Wherein once a user connect on your wifi and start to browse the internet, they will be redirected on your portal and force to input the ticket or voucher. Thess voucher is generated by the pfsense, the validity or duration of the voucher/ticket depends on you, kung ilang minuto ang nilagay mo nang ginawa mo yung voucher. Once the user input the voucher they will now have access on internet. Once the validity of the ticket/voucher expire, they will be logout and redirected again on your portal.

Kaso ang pfsense ata hindi pwedeng standalone.

Mga Ka symbianize pa tulong naman po ako sa wifi settings ko,

Ang gusto ko kasi lahat ng friends ko ma kaka konek sa wifi ko , pero bibigyan ko sila ng Limit 1 Hour lang ,

After ma consume nila yung binigay kung limit, hindi na sila makaka Konek , Kaya mag hihintay pa sila ng 5 Hours para ma ka konek ulit sa wifi ko ,

alam po ba ninyo ang settings nun, Tulad sa SM Malls Limit the Wifi Usage to 1 hour, Kapag naka konek kana sa kanila

at marami pa na pwede gamitin para sa ganyan pero para sakin mas the best ang Mikrotik, UniFi at DD-wrt less kuryente at user friendly napaka hirap pa ma bypass ang security.

Mikrotik Router board have this feature Captive Portal. You need to buy Mikrotik Router to get this feature. Pero ok din naman ang pfsense, pero kung ayaw mo ng matakaw sa kuryente, use Mikrotik.
