so sir since mini isp yan 24/7 nka on rig mo...

ok yun repeater!!post mo sir kung anong model repeater mo ha..
tsaka ts un sa portal or un captive portal/monowall mo pano..TUT,SS naman dyan..(tsaka knowing CAPTIVE PORTAL parang un sa STARBUCK's yan hehehe)
tsaka pano un ts sa payment..oto disconnect pag tapos na un subscribtion..
cnxa na ts ha..INTERESADO lang kasi ako..heard about it sa TPC
kaso im still gathering info's..willing to imporove my services sa rural area's malapit sa akin..

ask ko lang diba may limit ang kayang ibato ng laptop na signal?
hindi ba ganito ang magyayari: 100% nga ang signal pero di naman makakakonek si lappy kasi
masyado na malayo at di na kaya ng range niya.kasi may max power din ata yun.

mga bossing,

try nyo kaya yung bullet M2 yata yun... according sa website nila eh 50+km! daw yung range.

6500 ang bili ko tapos ginamitan ko ng omni na antenna plus POE injector.

hindi ko pa na test yung range nya dahil hindi ko pa na se-setup.

@TS Sir, ano setup ng pfsense mo? ano add-ons n gamit mo? hiwalay ba yung pfsense mo sa mismong PC mo as in pfsense box?

Procedures:

1. download the ISO image
2. burn the ISO image onto a CD-R (or -RW)
FreeBSD (ATAPI recorder): burncd -s max -e data cdrom-xxx.iso fixate
Windows: use your favorite burning program (e.g. Nero) to record the ISO image (2048 bytes/sector, Mode-1)
3. take a USB flash drive (m0n0wall 1.3b only) and format it (with an MS-DOS/FAT file system!)
Windows: use Windows Explorer to format the drive (FAT32)
4. power up your PC, enter the BIOS and make sure that booting from CD-ROM is enabled
5. boot
6. wait for the console menu to appear, select 1. (assign network ports)
assign functions (LAN/WAN/OPT) to your interfaces
7. change the LAN IP address, or use the default (192.168.1.1; m0n0wall acts as a DHCP server by default)
8. access the webGUI (user: 'admin', default password: 'mono')
9. enable the captive portal on services tab and modify the html portal page.
10. DONE!

i managed to install monowall on a usb stick ... di ko lang alam saan ako coconnect na nic sa wan or sa lan? i think i need help sa details and consider na lang na dhcpd ang monowall and why not use ubiquiti bullet higher dbi and do wifi mesh

Pwede ba yang AP?
pano po ba setup nyan
ung internet mo ba dyan mo lang kakabit tapos maka share na xa ng internet or kelangan magkabilang pc e may ganyan para maka network ka??????
hangang 2km lang ba yan kc sa iba nabasa ko abot ng 15km.

may i network kc sana ko e kayalang mga 5km ang distance. pwede ko ba gamitin yan?

pano po ba un? magkabila ba dapat lalagyan ko ng ganyan or ung isa lang kung saan nandon ang internet ko parang router lang?
