Win 10 Urgent Help...

Hi Guys,

I am hoping someone could help me with my laptop.

My nephew used it recently, and followed a youtube tutorial which turns out to be a hoax.

After doing this, my laptop became super slow and sluggish.

I use it for work, and it was snappy before this was done.

I already unticked the processors in maconfig and deleted the user data collection set, but it didn't help.

Can you please help me revert it back to how it was?

try system restore ,
that if someone created a restore point before it happened.

My recommendations are:
1. Una sa lahat try mo Sir mag-dagdag ng Memory Card atleast total 8 GB RAM ng computer mo.
2. Uninstall ang mga Files or Apps na di mo masyado ginagamit.
3. Install & Run Adwcleaner to check & remove if mayroon malware computer mo.
4. Install & Run Everyday DLL File Fixer app.
5. Install & run Iobit Smart Defrag or you can use built defrag of your Windows.
6. Install & run everyday Ashampoo Optimizer15 to tune-up your PC.
7. Install & run CCleaner, you have to clean your browser & apps..used. Used cleaned registry feature also.
8. Search on your search bar cmd & right click Run as Admistrator. Copy & paste this command to the command prompt--> DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press enter key to execute. Wait until 100% completed and type exit to close the command prompt window & Re-start your computer. Note dapat naka-online ka.. This command will fixed any problem related to windows corrupted files. Also it will refresh your windows systems.
9. Visit online your computer's manufacturer if may bagong Driver update .. download & install. Or just simply used any Driver updater apps.. Like DriverPack Solution. to update your drivers software of your computer.
10. Update your Windows to fixed bug. Microsoft releases every month updates.. & also they released major update every six months.
