Darkblue.....mabuti ciguro wag natin recommend to switch back to Smartbro Dashboard. Mas maganda and Globe Visibility Dashboard which becomes the default after flashing. More so if upgraded dun sa post ni "belardz" dito. Ganda ng customization nya.
What do you think? Opinion ko lng ito.....

I think nga din there's no need to bring back smartbro interface, kasi openline naman na siya eh. For those who want to take farther, well its your choice. Im not really recommending it but since may nagstart ng thread bout that...

ginawa ko yung sinabi sa procedure and na open line ko yung modem, kaso nung sinubukan ko na yung ilaw ng modem kulay blue, gnawa kong 3g only yung sa network settings ganun parin, nung nag connect na ako using my sun brodband wireless na sim blinking blue light yung ilaw then yung sa interface nakalagay naman hspda pero mabagal, run a speedtest 40kbps lng

pero nung binalik ko na sa huawei na modem ko yung sun na sim ok na uli.


tried using my smartbro sim ganun parin parang dial up yung speed, at least dati umaabot pa ako ng 200kbps.


ano kaya ang problema mga bossing?

is going to be for symbianize people only... naniwala ako dito na pede i-hack yung ZTE 267 because of the people who responded...


i've just upgraded my smartbro to all around dongle that i would love to have... i would like to share my experience about this update

process and also about myself...


13th month pay kaze last week so i decided to buy a new pc... problem was i didnt have internet service for about a year... mainly because i started to work for a ISP provider in the US so parang ayoko na magka pc ulit muna ulit sa bahay, parang nauumay ka na... (yung trabaho ko, nagnenetwork ng 10 clients saka ng 1 server)

first dongle i bought was smartbro, yun kaze yung naiisip ko na mabilis dito... a few of my friends were using smartbro so parang bat di na lng din yun gamitin ko pag naassemble ko yung pc, less hassle,tested and proven pa ng ibang friends ko...

problem was, i didnt know that it would cost me 10pesos for every 30 mins.. nyeta diba.. di naman makatarungan, ok pa ang mag pc sa computer shop at least sa 20 pesos mung ibabayad, sila yung nagbabayad ng kuryente ng pc mu... luging luging ka...


did some research, nagmember ako dito then binasa ko yung post from page 1 - 7... puro tanung, mga noobs e pero di naman maiiwasan...i dont want to cause any conflict dun sa nag start ng thread na to... sabi kaze nila if you are going to do any stuff on the computer while you are trying to do the update using the flashupdate pede mag crash ung usb modem mu...i beg to refute on this... updating the firmware of a device is different from damaging thei b device itself... pag pumalpak yung pag update mu, make sure na me cd ka or naka save muna sa hard

drive mu yung original settings/installer, para ma run mu ulit at para

magamit mu ulit yung device...

isipin mu na lng, pag nabagsak mu yung flashdrive mu, masisira ba yung

mga contents? di naman diba? pede nyang sabihin na sira yung flashdrive

mu pero di nya masasabi na corrupted na yung file... same logic lng...




actually, inabot ako ng almost 40 mins during sa pag openline ng smart

bro ko, nag start ako ng 9:14... noob din ako sa bagay na to.. sinalpak

ko yung smartbro pero di ko sinama yung casing ng simcard... tapos run

ako ng flashupdate... puro waiting.... after 2 mins, ganun pa rin, ang

ginawa ko sinama ko yung casing, ayun na detect...


ambilis mag install yung 1/100, la pang 5 mins, na install na kagad...


eto yung nakakainis, me nagprompt sa screen ko na, "a new hardware was

found, do you want to connect to the internet know to look for the

driver for this hardware"


ang sabi kaze nila wait lng daw ng 25 mins ok na... nag intay nga

ako... natanga lng din ako sa katarantaduan ko, puro waiting yung

nakikita ko sa screen ng installer.. ang ginawa ko e shutdown the

computer, unplug the modem from the back, plug back in ko yung smartbro

ko, yung lumabas sa screen ko was uninstallation process ng orig

driver...



i dont have any other sim card yet na 3g or HSDPA capable, pero pinasok

ko yung globe, parang cellpon lnh yun pagkareceive na...



basta pag waiting lng ung nakikita nyu sa screen, let it go, pero pag

"waitng sa main screen",, run the applicatoin na lng din, malilinis

din yan... tyaga tyaga lng...



hope this will be able to contribute even just a little... sa mga bago

jan, basa basa muna dito para matuto bago nyu gawin yung binabalak

punta ka sa settings screen... add mu yung profile ng smart... tapos balik sa ka internet tab, bago ka kumunek, select mu muna yung smart profile mu kung sa smartbro ka kukunek...

bumili na ako kanina ng SUN wireless broadband sim.. 50 pesos lng.. tapos 50 pesos din yung Unlimited surfing for one day... mukha namang ok...

bro uninstall mo yung dating connection manager mo. ganyan din sakin nun puro nothing yung lumalabas. uninstall ko yung isa, ayon ok na hehe.

Sir, papano po ba uninstall ito, anong procedure, desperada napo ako, lahat nalang NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING....

perhaps you need to update the first page to layout in detail the procedure to avoid so many repetitive questions. Meaning tutorial idiot proof. Just a suggestion bud.

Not sure about MF637..........wait ka muna ng feedback before you do it.

BTW, saan ka nakakuha ng MF637? Ang alam ko MF627 lng now for Smartbro.....
