Ang gluta po is detoxifier and pinaka side effect lang nya ang whitening...
effectivity ng gluta po ay depende sa :
-> dosage.. (advisable dosage range from 500 up to 1000mg)
-> route (oral, injectables or topical)
-> frequency -> for oral twice a day w/ 1 vit c 500mg a day.
-> skin tone -> depende po kasi sa response ng skin, minsan po ket dark skin tone pero mabilis mag absorb mas mabilis mag lighten up.

our body can tolerate as much as 2000mg a day of detoxifiers but it can be also risk having such liver diseases...
for best effect po you can use injectables consume at least up to 2 sets and then maintain with oral supplements and combine nyo po with vit C on both usage
vit c helps absorb po ung nutrients and minerals na mine-metabolize ng body.

what i used?
injectables reiki 900mg 2 boxes po w/ vit c na sya kasma... wala po sya side effects na nakakahilo or anything. safe po and effective!

if ever po mapatigil kayo sa pag maintain... possible bumalik po kau sa original na skin tone nyo po since parang hiram lang natin sa gluta yung light pigment po...
