i.e. 最新 ydss.A60+.boot [rename]>> boot (~tanggalin nyo lang chinese characters including yung tuldok ".", minsan kasi yun ang cause ng problem).. hehehe.. sana nakatulong!​

will try it again for the 4th time. naka 3 tries ako both on 1st and 2nd. its hard for a dummy a like me to follow thru.

Sir 2ndtut tapos 1st tut tapos 2nd ulit. Sundin nyo lang maigi.
Wag mong sabihin na dummy kasi di un makakatulong. Hekhek

Ang problema lang sira ang gps. Di mkapag check in sa fb.

:: Pede ba Revise ko itong TUT? hehe..This is what i did to root my brother's lenovo a60plus.
Bale ang Ginawa ko pinagsama ko yung 1st tut at 2nd Tut ni boss TS.

~Regarding sa 2nd TUT, FIRMWARE->UPGRADE nga pala, Ginamit ko yung "flash tool", malayo na ito sa 2nd TUT ni TS biege..​

eto ang SEQUENCE ko. FIRMWARE->UPGRADE TO>> ROOTING TO>> CMW RECOVERY INSTALLATION TO>> ROM FLASHING

1. First Download all Files needed. ~hindi po akin ang mga files na ito, from original thread ni TS biege at TS Arekupup
Flash Tool
MTK Drivers
Chinese Firmware Upgrade~ galing ito sa isang vietnamese site. MF ito mga dude..
Rooting Boot Image
CMW Recovery.img + MObileUncle.apk
*I-extract lahat sa loob ng kanya kanyang folder sa isang FOLDER lang, SUGGESTion ko LENOVO. Para madali hanapin syempre.
i.e.
LENOVO
>Flash Tool
>MTK Drivers
>Chinese Firmware
>Upgrade
>Rooting Boot Image
>CMW Recovery.img + MObileUncle.apk
2. Enable USB DEBUGGING via Settings>Application>Development>USB debugging. After that POWER OFF your PHONE, remove sim cards and SDCARD only at "Ibalik ang Battery"~wag na itanong kung bakit.. hehe.
3. Plug USB Data Cable habang nakapress at hold sa VOLUME UP ng phone. ~wag tatanggalin ang pagpress at hold sa VOLUME UP button hangga't di ko pa sinasabi sa steps.
4. On PC/Laptop, Open MTK drivers folder, Right click InstallDriver.exe, run as administrator. After installation unplug ang phone.. ~remember dapat antaying matapos ang installation, bago tanggalin ang pagkapress at hold sa VOLUME UP button. Alam ko nakakangalay ito..hehe.
5. On PC/Laptop, Open Flash Tool Folder, as usual right click Flash Tool.exe, run as administrator.
6. Then Click File>Open scatter-loading file. Browse to Lenovo>"Chinese Firmware Folder">select "MT6575_Android_scatter.txt".Lalabas ung "Download File Load Successful" message.
7. After nun click Firmware->Upgrade Button.
8. (Do NOT Turn on phone before plugging!) Plug ulit ang phone , HABANG naka-PRESS & HOLD SA VOLUME UP BUTTON.
9. On PC. Antayin matapos ang FLASH TOOL PROGRAM sa firmware upgrade. ~Matatapos ang upgrading kapag may lumabas na GREEN CIRCLE, after that pede na unpress and volume button. nakakangalay ito kaya patience lang.. hehe.
10. Since NagUpgrade Tayo ng Firmware CHINESE na ang ROM/OS ng phone natin.

10. Magugulat kayo kc chinese Press Menu lang, tapos ung Settings icon>
Find Language icon ung may letter "A" then select the first option, then choose English...

.


##After Upgrading Firmware SAKA palang maroroot ng phone.. gamitin na ang 1st TUT ni TS.

After nyo maextract lahat follow the instructions below:

1. Set USB debugging on sa phone <Settings>Application>Development>USB debugging
2. Turn off phone and unplug from the USB cable
3. Open SP Flash tool
4. Click Scatter Loading
5. Select the Scatter file "MT6575_Android_scatter.txt" from the boot folder
6. Uncheck everything except the "BootIMG" checkbox
7. Click Download and select Yes
8. (Kaylangan mabilis ung pag plug nyo sa cable)
Press and hold the Volume Up button sa phone at i'manually install ung mga drivers
"Make sure to select the correct Driver for your phone"

***NOTE: Wag bitawan ung pag'hold sa volume up key kc pwedeng umulit installation ng drivers
9. Plug the phone while holding the Volume up
10. Rooting will commence>Red>Yellow>then Green circle ***Pwede na bitawan ung paghawak sa VOlume Up button
11. Close application
12. Unplug phone
13. Turn on
14. Select Allow Superuser access sa phone
15. Done and ready to go


Kapag Di gumana ung First tut it means na ung ROM nyo ay di compatible for the ROOT... Yet.
Idownload nyo lang tong Custom ROM sa baba.. Follow the TUT and try the first TUT again..
***It doesn't matter kung ano ung mauna ang mahalaga maroot ung phone by following the first TUT

install mobileuncle.apk

after installing open mobile uncle tools. the one youve installed. not the one that is preinstalled in the rom

tap the option flash recovery from SDCARD

Then Choose Recovery.img

pag may promt na lumabas press "ok"

then automatically mag rereboot na siya sa CWM.

##After CMW RECOVERY, Gamitin ang ROM FLASHING TUT ni TS biege.

After ko mag Signing in

ok nman WIFI ko at internet,, if gamitin ko ang Built-in browser ok naman

Stock pa a60+ ko hindi pa rooted

buti nalang naroot ko agad ung akin kasi ngdown ung symbianize hahaha..
like ko na ung phone ko ngaun dami ko na hd games na natapos..

Step 3: unplug usb cable, insert the battery (not turn on the device yet). Run Flash Tool
Click scatter-loading. Browse to the MT6575_Android_scatter.txt file locate in the Firmware update extracted folder (link number 2). Tick all 9 options. Click Firmware-Upgrade
note: dapat naka click na yung firmware update button before niyo iplug yung cable sa phone
Step 4: Hold volume + key and plug the cable until the process running, release the key. Wait around 5 minutes until the green circle appear mean success
Step 5: After turn on the device we notice the default language are Chinese.
Install file Mobileuncle.apk that you copied in step 1.
Run the application and choose FLASH RECOVERY FROM SD CARD > select Recovery.img
The device will be restarted automatically
Step 6: Press Volume + during the device turned on to enter Recovery and do the following:
+ Wipe data/factory reset
+ Wipe cache partition
+ install zip from sdcard
+ choose zip from sdcard
Browse to the zip fle that you copied on step 1. wait for 30 seconds

Finished. Enjoy!

PROBLEM THOUGH with those custom roms listed in kaskus:

rooted mine using MASKidV4 Rom. ang problem with incoming calls if "+63" ang prefix nang nasa contacts/phonebook still there, which it doesnt recognizes the CALLER ID even though the number is present, just that the incoming call is i.e.: 0919xxxxxxx and phone book entry is +63919xxxxxxxx

i think i have to resort back to the stock rom. still havent seen a solution rather than having +63919 and 0919 on the same contact entry

@kuneho83 negative boss..di yata pede ng memory swap ang lenovo ntn..ang ginawa ko na lang yung partition ng sd card and link2sd para makatipid sa memory..try mo boss madali lang yan
