For Users of Samsung Galaxy SII Korean SHW-M250S Variant
who wanted to upgrade os.

JellyBean 4.1 for Samsung Galaxy S2 SHW-M250S Variant

1. Download the KIES_HOME_M250SKSJMB2_jellytwo blog.tar firmware from here or here (mirror).
2. Download the pit file from here.
3. Go to download mode by pressing [Power+Voldown+home button at the same time] then click the Vol up to confirm to go to download mode. There should be big Android in the center of the screen.
4. Download Odin from here and
Download and install Samsung Drivers.
5. Run ODIN(run as admin if using win7 or vista) then connect your phone to you pc through a usb cable.
6. Fill up the PDA using the Firmware you got. Fill up the pit using the m250k_pit I provided in the attached file.
7. Hit start and pray for luck.
8. Rebooting would take quite some time.

ICS 4.0.4 for Samsung Galaxy S2 SHW-M250S Variant

Needed Files:
1. Samsung Android Drivers.

2. Odin

3. Stock ICS ROM named: M250S_HOME_M250S.UH07.1652_CL906886_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.

Procedure:
1. Start Odin and click the ‘PDA’ button. Browse for the firmware update file, Load the file that has the ‘.tar’ extension.
M250S_HOME_M250S.UH07.1652_CL906886_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.

2. Do not change any default settings of Odin. Also, make sure that the ‘Re-partition’ option is disabled. Press START to begin the installation of the latest ICS update on your SHW-M250S device.

3. When the installation is finished your phone will restart and when the boot logo appears you will need to disconnect it from your PC. Odin will say ‘PASS’ and you’re done. Note that in case ODIN says that the operation failed then you will need to disconnect the phone from PC, close ODIN window, remove the phone’s battery and then re-insert it. Boot again into Download mode and repeat the tutorial starting with step 1.

Convert Samsung Galaxy S2 Korean Variant (SHW M250S) to International GT-i9100 Version

Warning: This method is not recommended and not tested by me, do at your own risks.
You will lose the ability to watch DMB-T TV.

There are 2 ways to do that:
1. Flash a fw tarball via Odin
2. Use heimdall to flash the new Firmware [May 16 2013]

Now you have 2 options:
1. Repartition to I9100 partition layout
2. Keep your existing partition layout

If you plan to flash again soon a Korean rom, I suggest you go with 2, otherwise 1.

If you choose 2 the steps are really simple:

1. Make an efs backup
2. Repeat 1
3. Reboot into Download mode
4. Fire up Odin or heimdall and flash the firmware as pda
5. When it fails during factoryfs flash simply remove the battery and reboot again into download mode
6. Flash the kernel now only
7. Reboot
8. Enjoy

If you choose option 1 (which I think is the best) you will first have to uninstall Kies.

1. Reboot into download mode
2. Using heimdall go to utilities tab and where it says "download pit file" select a location to save it (i name it M250S.pit) and download it to your pc(not mac, we hate macs)
3. Reboot into download mode again.
4. Now using either Odin or heimdall flash the firmware and select as pit the I9100 ext4 pit.
In Odin tick also Repartition.
5. The flash will succeed with no errors whatsoever
6. Keep the M250S.pit in a safe.

If you want to go back to Korean simply repeat and substitute I9100.pit with M250S.pit

Done.

Have you tried using Mobile Data on your m250s? Ayaw gumana sa akin kahit okay naman settings.

Tried it several times po, pero to no avail. Okay naman yung settings nung network ko.

im sorry di ko po masabi problem ng 3G Connection mo..btw smart po pala gamit ko..default settings lang din..once a week naga.unlisurf po kami sa bahay kaya masasabi ko no problem sa unit internet connection..ginagamit din namin un portable wifi tethering feature nya..sorry maybe you should try to convert your samsung galaxy S2 korean SHW-M250S to an international GT-i9100 version but i do not recommended due to many issues. i have added a tutorial on how to convert a samsung galaxy S2 korean SHW-M250S to an international GT-i9100 please read the first post again

Sir if nakakapasok ka pa sa download mode may pagasa pa yan basta wag na wag mu muna iwa.WIPE CACHE/WIPE DALVIK CACHE..possble kc macorrurt yun system at data partition ng S2 mo..ganto itry mu po muna yun instruction ko sa first post on how to install jellybean on m250s..FULL OFFICIAL STOCK ROM of Samsung Galaxy S2 M250S po yun..sana makatulong..have faith

Wala po pagkakaiba sa CPU (Exynos) at GPU (Mali400) ng i9100 at M250S..ang pinagkaiba po nila at baseband (Network Signal) at yun i9100 ay may FM RADIO, samantalang yun M250S po naman ay may DMB TV..DMB TV po ay di operational sa Pilipinas..kaya po possible yun conversion..ingat lang po kc may ilang instance na after conversion nawawalan ng signal or nahina vibration or nawawala imei ang M250S..wag na wag din iWIPE Cache/Dalvik cache/Factory Reset kapag nakastock Recovery kc may brickbug po ang Galaxy S2.
