To those who pm'ed me and asked on how to fix their touchscreen problem after flashing it with Modded ROMS, Just download the file below AND REFLASH your tablet, this will works only on WM8650

For 7" Clone tablet

Instructions:

1. Download the respective file for your tablet. file: "env_uboot"

2. Go to your ROM to be FLash, X:\ FirmwareInstall\env

3. Overwrite the file "env_uboot" with the downloaded above file.

4. Reflash your favorite ROM to your tablet.

Works on Blue and Green led lights Apad, MID, Epad, Ipad

after some reading dito sa forum..

downloaded uberoid 10 the most updated one.. then downloaded the fix for the keyboard

ran the CHANGER.BAT
selected 7 ( green light/red light charging) and created update files on SD
downloaded The FIX FOR TOUCH SCREEN NON RESPONSE
by m733

opened the firmware folder
located the ENV folder
opened folder and there is a file called ENV_UBOOT
clicked ENV_UBOOT and opened it with word pad
replaced this file by copying m733 fix (file)
saved changes
flashed/update my apad the usual way.. followed procedure .. done

ok na apad ko!! bilis pa unti!

How do you root it?

1. If you root it by using 3rd party applications such as z4root or other universal root apps, then after you root the touchscreen is unresponsive, just try to re-calibrate it, is still it wont work, uninstall the root apps and reset the unit to factory settings.

2. If you root it by flashing with modded ROMS, just re-flash it, but by this time you have to overwrite the file "env_uboot" in the folder X:\ FirmwareInstall\env which is located on your sdcard with the downloaded file above.

This is A PART of the firmware, not a FULL factory firmware.

This is intended ONLY for wm8650 Tablet, FIX for UNresponsive touchscreen AFTER flashing to MODDED ROMs. BUT you have to Re-flash it again after OVERWRITING the file "env_uboot" located on your SDCARD , x:\FirmwareInstall\env

boss salamat po pero not working sa 8" apad ko. baka po pwede pa-double check yung file for 8" & 10"? kasi nung ginamait ko sya putol yung resolution ko. baka po for 7" din yung file? i tried to edit, ok na sana yung resolution kaso hndi accurate yung touch nya. for example, i pressed the back button, volume yung lumalabas. pa help po please... thanks in advance!!

Gud pm sir,. boss hindi ko po maintindihan yung instruction number 2. 8 inch po yung apad ko, hindi ko pa po natatry iflash, puro kasi pang 7 inch nakikita ko. Please boss, may link po ba kayo sa 8 inch na rom para maflash ko and maayos na tong touchscreen kong hindi masyadon responsve? Thank you po ng madame!!

e2 po boss ginawa ko sa 8" APAD ko..
1. Download Uberoid v10..

2.Run Changer.bat and select option 3 (for 8")
3.Download mu yung 2nd link ni author (touchscreen fix for 8")
4. Open it in notepad then palitan mu lahat ang 480 ng 600 (800x480 kc is for 7" ang resolution kc ng 8" is 800x600). Save it.
5. Punta ka sa Firmware install folder then env folder at replace mu yug file na env_boot with env_boot na inedit mu.
6. Flash it...

Sana magwork din sayo...

Try to find sa net yung orig FW mo. or its FW counterparts. wag yung modded FW kasi inerase ng WINCE ROM ang orig "file system" nyan. YAN lang talaga makatulong sau.

Take note na ang WINCE is a windows based OS while our tablet is ANDROID based which is from linux.

Download it as is then overwrite the file to your flash rom, dnt open it with any word or txt editor unless may i modify ka, lastly, dont save it in txt or doc format

sakin naman sir!double ang screen nya after ko maflash then calibrate ko nlang kasi hindi accurate ang touch screen ok na sya ang problem ko po paano ko mafull screen to kasi lahat ng firmware ng wm8505 natry ko na may exact firmware pa ba nito,pahelp po ..Details wm8505 ang chips at wmt2.1.2 dating firmware. 8 inches
