Add Facebook Account to Messages on Your Mac

choose Other messages account


Account Type: Jabber
Account Name: facebook username*@chat.facebook.com
Password: ●●●●●● (your fb pw of course)
Server: chat.facebook.com
Port: 5222


*to get your fb username just go to your timeline & check the URL (address) bar on your browser (see inset ss on the pic above).
